So, finally had a victory after 7 losses and it was probably one of the sour wins. So yeah, first 6 minutes I waited for the enemy to come through the valley but nobody came, by that time the game was already favoring us and I pretty much went in and got two last kills, both of the enemies had pretty much 50hp left. And the only thing that went through my mind was, 'All that camping was wasted.' After that, I had an awkward laugh by myself and then fell into depression.

What are the worst wins you have had?

Edit: Went to chat and was greeted with this, I guess average day in chat :teethhappy:

Flipped onto side. As usual, no one helped. I spent entire game near our base, not spotted once. Went and fixed a sandwich. Came back and saw us win 15-12.

Good sandwich.

It was a while ago, but pretty sure it was bacon and cheese.

I've had more than one game where I have chugged a slow tank up one side of the battlefield and never even seen an enemy (usually British tanks Matilda BP, AT15 etc) as our faster tanks have just mopped up the Red's with no bother... usually the first game with the tank on a x5 XP day obviously

Though saying that I did have a winning game this weekend where I never saw an enemy and it was only a X3 XP day

Looks like WoT/ WoWS standard chat shenanigans you can read in the first minute or two before the action begins.

When I win but do little to no damage myself because I've done something stupid and died too early, or when I camp too much and the red team gets stomped on the other side of the map.

That's whys i usually push in my Jagdtiger 8.8, it yields better results and minimizes trhe risk of doing no damage.

Doesn't seem to work in TX games for some reason, some investigation as to why may be required.

There is also the scenario when you drive a superheavy (in my case KV-4) and your team rush enemys to death, while you're still trying to reach the front line...:(

That's why you don't open the general chat.
It's like the box of Pandora, just worse. More likely her toilet...

I think the worse wins are when youre in a really slow tank and barely anyone else is combined with the teams being massively mismatched but in your favour

Those games tend to play out like a tour of historic battle grounds as you crawl across the map seeing where battles "did" happen earlier in the game not even seeing a live enemy tank to aim at let alone shooting at anything

I've had plenty of games like that in some tanks like the matilda, AT2 and even some of the KV series tanks and about the only redeeming aspect of such games is that theyre over quickly, at least when the teams are more evenly matched your faster tanks get bogged down a bit more and you get a chance to actually participate in the game lol

Compared to that scenario I actually prefer the game to be mismatched and fast paced in the enemy teams favour, at least then you get to shoot at "something" before 15 enemy tanks overwhelm you with a hailstorm of shells

A lot of people seem familiar with pandoras box, but I'm sure shes got a nice personality too :)

Last one, a few days ago: Steppes standard, no artillery, top tier in T32. Enemies had a lot more heavy tanks, so I figured going to the rocky side would be even more silly than usually, and went to the other side (where the cap circle is in encounter). Stared the butts of friendly mediums and lights all game; got to shoot some enemies from distance but missed all shots. Easy win, epic 0 for me.

I know the feeling, happens often enough to me too. I seem to have two kinds of battles, the ones where I go to what turns out to be the 'safe' side with little action, even less XP and money. OR I suddenly find myself at point facing a sudden onslaught of a horde of enemy tanks and get steamrolled in 5 seconds flat, again with very little XP or money but with a hefty repair bill waiting for me back in the garage. :(

Almost any time I play the Matilda BP. No word of a lie, I once double-tapped 'r' on Westfield, went off to take a piss because it's Westfield and I'm in a Matilda BP, and by the time I got back the tank still hadn't made it up the initial slope to where the action happens. Said action had already happened too (a 7-2 stomp at this point with the rest of the enemy camping miserably), leaving me to just trundle around like some sort of geriatric local wondering what all the noise is about.
