3 games played this morning,in all of them I had annoying lag,and in the last game the tank just remained stuck in game I couldn't move, the ping is fine so this is a server issues which wg needs to fix asap.

Your understanding of what causes lag is terrible.

First is it just EU1?

Second, you need to post a pingplotter log.

Download pingplotter, point it at login.p1.worldoftanks.eu

Run it while you play a couple of battles.

Save the trace as an image file and attach it to the forum.

It's not a graphical issue since I have gtx 970 which is more than enough for this game, and it's not my internet I have 300 mbps for haven's sake.

lol  - the customer should have the proper service, not an in depth understanding of some technical stuff - the game is lagging for me too on both servers for about a week now - thats clearly a WG problem as my router/internet are fine

So you think that WG control all the points on the internet between your PC and the game servers?

If WG's own game displays a low and constant ping then you can't blame people for then considering the issue to be with the servers.

But you can blame them if it's pointed out how they can see where the problem is and the reply is that's up to WG to work out.

I'm just going to leave this here, because both you and the OP seem to severly lack understanding of what you're talking about:

or if that's too long and wordy for you:

So if your journey to & from work suddenly starts taking longer due to some roadworks on the route you take, is that your works fault, even if journeys in other directions are not affected?

Here's what WG themselves say you should do.  Or you can keep crying here & see if that helps instead.

Who said anything about a graphical issue (whatever that might be).  just do the test I described and that will show where the issue is.  The speed of your internet connection is irrelevant.

If you have enough in depth technical knowledge to turn on your PC and install WoT then you can do the above test.  Let those of us who do understand the rest interpret the results.

So many people have said that before and have been wrong.  But if you are right the pingplotter trace will prove it.  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

WG aren't going to "fix their servers" just because two people are having lag.

Well it seems the mods are closing threads where people can't be bothered posting their pingplotter trace as non constructive, and I can't argue with that.

So hurry up.

ok, suppose I run that pingplotter and send to WG and they find there is a "roadblock" between their servers and me - what can they do? Can they change the road the signal travels to me? I doubt they can

Suppose you take the easy option and post it on the forum and then we can tell you if it's worth sending to WG, or your ISP, or just rebooting your router, or stopping using wifi.  Or if indeed it is so far buried in the internet that it can't be fixed.  But generally somebody is paying somebody for the service so somebody can put pressure on somebody to fix it.
