Look at replay, how best player in WOT performing amazing in HT on bad map side.  8200 dmg, 3 kills but take a closer look. I was his enemy, so look at minimap to understand this battle. Usually his route for my HT is pathetic. (Early spotted and tracked, hammered by arty, then long climb upward under crossfire from hill (hammered by arty again), and even if I stay alive and take look behind, then I usually got killed from TD from far. His fate was just difference.  No enemy scouts, no arty, no mediums on hill, full support from his team, enemy tanks one by one, they were out of support (including me). Why I drive out of support? To take risk to hold them down ground and light them up for hill (I hope for support). Sometimes it works. I have 6900 spotting dmg battle in my WZ 5 in front line. I dont have any mood or XVM to show enemy stats.

Luck and RNG is not rigged in WoT, they are both random. But luck is not distributed 50:50 even in long run, but rather 60: 40. Good players need lot of luck to be great and they got lot of luck again and again.  RNG is not rigged for help bad players. He hit 15 from 17 shots and pen all, with not so good gun.  He got 7 medals ( lot of them from RNG )

Yes, clearly he was lucky to survive and deal 8k damage.

How do you distribute luck?

[Once Jerry Barber, a great sand player, was practicing bunker shots. He hit one ball near the flag. The next shot went in.

A person watching Jerry told him: “Gee, you sure are a lucky trap shot player.”

“Yes, I know,” Jerry replied. “And the harder I practice, the luckier I get.”]

Luck has nothing to do with being a great player.

And blocking over 5k.

So very lucky.

This replay is 100% proof that RNG and luck will always be on the side of a better player!

You mean 949, but, if you round it up when multiplying by 7, that's about right.

I don't know why OP is wasting time with the forum shills instead of reporting this whole thing ASAP. This must be stopped at once!

On a serious note, it is in the nature of luck that many players will have more or less of it over the course of their WOT careers than others, just as most will have more or less of it over the course of their lives. The idea that you can make your own luck does have some merits, but if Fate has decreed that a meteorite (or random arty blind shot) is going to land on your head, then so be it.

@OP

avr7002, you simply don't know enough of the game to distinguish between luck and skill.

It's not rigged but some players are given more luck.

That's got to be quote of the week.

I'm a bit split on that one, to be honest. This is a great contestant for that title:

Which isn't fair!  WG should rig the game so that crap players get more luck!

Why should the good players get all the luck?

If you spent a bit less time in the forum and actually play the game, you could probably answer this for your self.

All I see is you throwing your tank away for no reason. No luck or RNG involved, just you. After you and the other WZ commited suicide it was pretty easy for them to just roll over that side (well they had more tanks there to start with so it was inevitable but you made it so much easier for them).

In other words the luck part that you complain is that enemy team faced you and the other wz....you enabled their luck and now you [edited]about it.

But who do those great players get their luck from? Seize the means of production luck, and redistribute the luck for an equal playerbase comrade!

OP, are you sure, he (Ricky_Rolls, in the Pz.Kpfw. VII, with the over all 61% winrate and 61k battles) is just a lucky bad player?

In Swedish there is a saying something like 'payment for the labour' and as long as the labour is trending towards infinity, so is the payment.
