The outermost circle is the draw circle. It marks the maximum distance that tanks friendly or enemy will be rendered by your client.

The view circles (inner) marks the maximum range at which you personally can spot an enemy vehicle.

The middle circle is 445m radius around you and marks max possible view range.

Ok.

Green is your current view range. Can be affected (during a match) by activating binoculars, or by having your commander killed. for example. To increase that, you need to train recon on the commander and situational awareness on your radio operator, use vents as equipment, use food, train BiA, etc.

The white one is the maximum spotting range in the game, 445m.

The yellow one is the draw distance, and that's how far you'll see the enemies so you can shoot them.

Since there's a gap between white and yellow, whatever sits there is being spotted by someone else.

I tried to make it simple, feel free to ask more questions if you need more details.

I'm pretty sure that's the difference between green and yellow
