Apparently they piss off unicum/rerolls.
One theory is...that Dinger's are those who can read & write and so play the forum and the game.
While those who can't read and write...just play the game.

This gets said a lot and then it's always pointed out that 'they' don't speak as one voice. I'm not sure where the Dinger has gone that claimed the Defender wasn't OP for example.

Your talking points were all "from the same textbook" during the Fochgate, and attemtps to derail it were persistent.

They seem to be a lovely lot, who have two sort-of rival clans, and who do in fact play this game with great enthusiasm, for their own members' entertainment, while somewhat ostentatiously and I assume purposefully puffing themselves up for similar reasons, and to the gentle applause of others. There is something to do with drawing fish (as in "lots"?) involved, and also possibly something to do with brussels sprouts (I'm not sure), as well as "game play" (to use precise although perhaps old-fashioned wording).
I hope this outsiders view helps you. Pip pip.

Dear Kisli,
Your memory fails you. I can assure you that there were many Dinger's on either side of the debate. For some reason i cannot find the thread.
What most did agree on, was the way that Foch expressed his opinion was probably not the best way.
Regards
Tommy.
btw I had a dinger in my tent once he wrecked the furniture
