I was going to put that in my reply, having (perhaps originally) alluded to such before, but I don't think it's necessary or particularly relevant. The Australians would have great trouble playing WoT (in fact to do, erm, *cough* "things" connected to "dingers" (slang) would necessarily be a frightful experience), due to their inverted position in our world.

They're the group that bullies tries to bully every dissenting opinion. They also like to derail topics (see Fochgate). Some say they are shills.

Like with lots of overly awesome, famous and loved things, there are lots of myths and legends building up around the Dingers. This seems to be one of them, but I guess we can dismiss such foolishness as we do the fishwives who spread it.

This gets said a lot and then it's always pointed out that 'they' don't speak as one voice. I'm not sure where the Dinger has gone that claimed the Defender wasn't OP for example.

I heard there is a hidden place, where nasty Dingers get sent. There, they get forced to listen to Trup tweets 24/7. They also had to tally the votes from the German election last Sunday - a horrible torture. I heard rumors that some of them went insane, now sitting in a corner mumbling "AfD... how? Why?!" the entire day.

Dingers are those little balls of fecal matter you find clumped and matted into the hair that grows around some mammals posterior

No, they're "winnets", I think.

Element and Duffer being completely stupid and obtuse does not tarnish a whole clan IMO.

They continue to embarrass themselves with their silly comments, but I wouldn't expect every dinger to side with them.

Followed by your retraction.

Fine, I'll make an edit.

and in the rest of the thread you got triggered by people checking facts and maintaining a neutral position until the fog of rumour and innuendo became clearer.

So apart from two Dingers who triggered you and your inability to recognise objective fact checking in a thread devoid of many facts in its early pages somewhere in there was a de-rail.

Well to be honest, in all the excitement I can't remember if I posted six times or five times, but what the heck.

Oh! Clinkers! Back to school, aeons ago.

Clinker is also something you get in hot grates, and it's a nuisance. Why, I remember when I got a lot of cheap coal, and....

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Hardened excrement sticking to anal hair. Particularly problematic for long-haired animals.

Yes....brought me back to my school days too.....lol

Oh! The "urban dictionary". Far too new/USAian for me (I blame television). No mention that clinker can also be called "slag", although IMO this is more relevant to the "smelting" (to use that word in a general sense) of metals.

Anyway, to stay ON-TOPIC: I suppose there were never any steam-driven tanks?

Well I do remember you. You like to attempt gas-lighting.

The edit you are referring to was adding a word some into a reply I made. Something like: Now I see why people think some Dingers are shills (not verbatim). Not a retraction.

Witch hunt is from when Dingers desperately tried to find a hint of homophobia/hate-speech in Foch's videos.

I think you're mistaken, sir. FAMU is feeder clan to Dingers, just like MM used to be, though nowadays MM is pretty much completely assimilated within our glorious and valiant warrior brethren. :B

The dingers are a bunch of esteemed gentlement who liven up your dreary day of playing tanks if you ever encounter them in battle.

Do be wary of the gold, and don't mind the smell of fish on them.

What? The UD is a new (and regrettable) thing - in the 1960s there were few computers, and, would you believe it, no "innernet" ™. Indeed, it took until the mid-late 1970s for electronic calculators to appear in schools. Look at this thing: http://www.vintageca...tml/2001-e.html (British, mate - but subbed out to Hong Kong).
