I just had a game where a type59 driver hid in the corner of the map at the beginning and didnt move for the whole time. He was top tier, the game was narrow but we lost.

Is there a way to report such behaviour?

This would come under the rules if they do it repeatedly, in which case you would screen cap there actions preferably more than once in more than one map and then you would make a ticket to support via the official website attaching those screens and putting as much info as possible to back up your claims.

Which, ironically, is against the rules and you can be reported and banned yourself :(

Just screencap him a few times AFKing and send to support. If he does that often and is reported enough they will (hopefully) punish him. Also in the upcoming patch we'll (hopefully) get an ingame tool for reporting people.

New update is supposed to have a reporting system you can use in-game, should help sort it out.

Well, it happens: you start the game and then there's someone at the door. Get up, leave the tank at home base and there will be a pile of rubble by the time you get back. Alternatively, drive away real quick and then answer the door.

I can imagine how frustrating this is: yesterday in a game, our #1 guy (a Lowe) never moved an inch & never fired a shot, but hey, it happens.....

Still against the rules, and still bannable. Just don't, it really isn't worth it.

That is a violation of the game rules and leads to chat bans and game bans if reported.

Indeed. Lately more and more players are starting farming achievements which are then used to attract potential costumers for their game accounts. Survivor is one of them.

the chances of him getting with that guy in a match again are small wouldn't 1 screenshot be enough and support could look into his account further?

That would be too much work for support. Just think how many reports they must be getting every day. They probably only look closer when they have received multiple reports (from multiple battles) about one player. This increases the necessity to report - if most players are too lazy to report, the 'repetitive' will never be noticed.
