We are at the end of 2017 and still we can't use the same tank if it gets blown up, we must either wait or use an other, and yes it's simple to use an other but why not the same. It's a simple question....Why?

What's the limiting factor? Not enough processing power at the servers? Not Enough internet bandwidth? It bugs me.

My guess would be that it's there to avoid bots from just getting into a match in any random tier 8 premium, pressing W, die, repeat. They would still make free XP and credits that way...

Because it's still in a battle that hasn't ended. Because that battle hasn't ended there's no XP or credits for it. Without that XP, there's no way of telling how the crew will be for the next battle you so urgently want to use it in. Not rocket science

Because you have to wait for the battle to be over so they can drag your pixels out and repair them of course.

They do that anyway, just have to click the other tank.

True, but that way WG at least make more cash since they are forced to buy 2-3 tanks instead of just 1.

It would also make grinds easier to be able to play the same tank again and again. Or if it was timer-based. Like 2 minutes after entering garage, from a battle, that hasn't ended. Some battles can last really long...

On the other hand I've learned a lot by watching some of my teammates play in early WoT.

11K+ battles and you haven't figured that out yet?

Beware. The road ahead is rocky.

I suspect you would find the game more fun if half your team left the game during countdown more or less constantly? And jumped into a new game with the same tank before yours even started. Because "XVM" said it's a loss anyway. Or seeing half the team go idle when your team lost 7 guns before you even killed 1?

Yeah I can see that working perfectly. As you said... It's 2017. It's how half the online games are already. No need to ruin the few things that works here to.

Well, you never know if anyone is watching you or someone else anyway, most people don't, that's for sure. It would be nice if they added some tiny icon in a corner, that shows how many people, who died on your team are spectating you, though. Aside from that, you don't really need spectators in a game, unless you're watching your platoonmate play, because Global chat was removed and people don't listen to anything you write down in the teamchat.

Leaving the game like that will result in a temp ban, isn't it true? Altough I think it should be instant on first offense, for at least an hour, so that they don't have the mindset of "Oh maybe I can do it once more and not get banned".

Also, most people, who use XVM, care about their stats as if their life depended on it, so I don't think we'd see more people leave on the countdown. I could be wrong tho

It's also a simple answer, you just have to sacrifice ten seconds of your precious lifetime to think about it.

I think that is fine. This encourages you to have multiple tanks and thus makes you expand your horizons. This is not a problem in this game.
