Greetings and Happy Friday,

I'm probably going to buy the Rhm Pzw and Sheridan this weekend as tier Xs are discounted. This is on the assumption that the buff-ettes (ie mini-buffs) included in CT1 go ahead.

Before doing so I'd like to check views on how both tanks play. I've tried them myself on the test server but find them difficult to assess as all the games I played were tier X only and everyone seems to drive around like a loon and presumably has their best possible crews, premium consumables including food, etc

For context, I have wz132-1 and don't like it (gun handling/accuracy garbage, gun depression poor). I'm slowly grinding T100LT but don't enjoy T54lt nearly as much as RU or T49 (I guess this shows that depression is particularly important to me).

Most are not noticeable, the 13-105 with the extra alpha is ok, the WZ gets no changes and the DPM on the T-100 is still garbage. Rhm. now has low alpha as well with tier 8 levels of DPM, it's gun handling is ok, but hardly great. None are going to greatly impact their performance.

They all need a A LOT more to make them worthwhile and competitive, currently these tanks have about 50%of the damage potential and 50% of the survivability of tier 10 meds, but then only about 10% more in mobility and camo.

And we need to remember that tier 10 meds, especially soft ones are hardly an easy ride in the current corridor map meta with Type 5 and Maus spam.

  • HPs need to go to 1700 - 1800.
  • View range of all of them needs to go up by 10m.
  • Rhm. needs the 390 alpha back.
  • Accuracy across the board needs to come down, Rhm. should get 0.3, the rest 0.34- 0.38
  • DPM needs to at least hit good tier 9 medium levels, so 2.6 - 2.8k base DPM.
  • 13-105 should get 2.2s between shells so it has more advantages over the Bat Chat.
  • Their terrible pen drop off over range should be toned down.

Never understood the logic of light tanks needing less HP then their medium and heavy counterparts.

If anything, they need more. Or the the same. No armor is compensated by mobility. Why would having less HP be also included in the package?

After using the T100 LT last few days it has been disappointing they need a major update to make them viable. Upping the dpm in the next patch wont be even close to making them on par with the other t10s. The t100 in some ways feels like an inferior t54 lwt due to the poor loading speed.

Thanks for the comments.

Regarding rati's point it does seem odd that the t9 lights are competitive with equivalent meds, while t10 lights are far inferior. I can't think of a logical reason for this.

How will WG get players to spend silver and gold to grind the light lines and retrain crews if the tX tanks aren't attractive? I think someone should tell Victor that Murazor has fucked up.
