Lakeville tier 6 game,i was in my oi ,near the end was very close to a radley walters medal but a teammate took it from me so i killed him and got 1 hour ban.

This is the only online game where i get angry easily, when i play other online games cs source for example, there i i'm having alot of fun, probably because i'm playing zombie escape, but this game is getting on my nerves, and it's not just about not getting a kill, also when i lose more that 1,2 games in a row i get very angry.

If someone's in a similar situation how do you deal with anger, and don't say just take a break it doesn't work or listen to some music, cause that's what i'm doing while playing wot,all ingame sound is off, during this match i was listening to Beholding The Daughters of the Firmament by Burzum.

anytime you get angry, get up and do workout(small). You'll be too tired to get angry the next times

I get more angry when I'm hungry. I usually play early morning in the weekend and I've noticed I get less frustrated when I have breakfast first... stupid, but eating might help you.

Treat it as a bit of fun. Remember the old saying, when the fun stops, stop....

Blimey, that's some ANGRY sounding stuff you've got on there matey :P I only listened to 15 seconds of it and I could have killed something small, cuddly, and furry :teethhappy:

I think when people say listen to music they mean something a little less angry  ;)

Music is a bit subjective, why not flick around youtube for a mix of happy tunes see if you can find somehting to float yer boat

So....you didn't want to earn it properly....you wanted it handed to you. Enjoy the ban.

Didn't watch the replay, so tell me if I'm right: Your teammate had the audacity to not present you that pointless medal on a silver plate and actually just kept playing, so you killed him, because those medals are the fuel of your failed reroll account.

If that's true: Yes, you need an anger management course. You also need to grow up and to stop playing multiplayergames.

If I'm wrong: This post will selfdestruct in 5 seconds.

The best anger management for me is closing the game and turning off the computer and just doing something else.

Workout is a great idea, that's what I usually do. I have dumbbells in my room I can setup from 7.5kg to 25 kg, so they're pretty versatile and push-ups are always an option.

I also found out i'm doing better ingame in general and don't get so mad, when I blame myself for being bad at the game and not my team, arty, gold rounds or something like that.

Instead of going; Fok that fokin' arty shoit camping OP b!tch. I'm like "Fuuuu ... shouldn't have left that cover yet."

I'm still foul-mouthed when playing tho :D Not shouting, but swearing helps relieve anger.

You need to resist this urge of "I had crapbattles, I NEED to play more to have a few good ones to equalize"

The more angry you are, the more mistakes you will make, the more angry you will get over small things.

It's hard for me to follow my own advice sometimes, but that's the best solution. Alt+F4 for a bit.

And music helps me play better and be more calm. I definitely advise you to listen to some.

Also, being in a platoon. Especially if you can have a laugh, or if your platoon mate is a good player.

That's why I love to work outside. This morning I was quite angry after I cut down all the tomato plants, because 2/3 of the left tomatoes were still green and impossible to get ripe in time, thanks to the shitty summer (and because I should watch the calendar and read the tomato wiki more often, as I'm still a plain average tomato gardener). Then, in the afternoon, I turned over and sieved around 4m3 of compost while listening to three seasons of "Game of Thrones - history and lore" and some good music. I didn't manage to finish it before the rain, because the kittycats came over every 10 minutes for a belly rub and then two friends showed up for some talk and planning what to do tomorrow, so I got quite wet in the end, but I didn't care. Changed clothes and went outside again to give my current shop project another sanding and oiling. Needs a bit more polish but looks surprisingly awesome. Then I went in for a nice shower, turned on the PC, thought about all I had made, and I decided that it was good.

(This story is proudly presented by #thugvillagelife)

Now I want to play something, so I have two options:

1. Play 5 matches of WoT, after which my mood will be down at basement level again.

2. Play Minecraft and build a new castle village with a wooden church, like I already planned for quite some time.

edit: For the record: 15228

it wouldn't help me at least to listen to that, because black isn't my type. usually metal doesn't help me much, only sometimes when it's positive music. the dark bands make it worse. I have no idea as well so if people have some more tips, would be great.

the thing that pisses me off the most in the game is the selfishness of people and kids who press play and don't play.

Well, after viewing the replay, I'd say you have no one to blame but yourself, you should have rammed the Churchill and shot the T-1 Heavy,

Plus honestly, the only reason you got a good score was because none of the enemies knew how to penn you. Had anyone competent been there you wouldn't have been even close to that result.
