Is there any plans to include personal mission vehicles in the recovery system, I mean personal mission thanks as the stug IV, T28 Concept, T-55 and obj260 that where sold before the recovery system was put into the game. I sold my stug IV and my T28 concept long before the recovery system was in place, and now I will never be able to get them back, which i regret.

I hoped that customer support would be able to help me out, but with no luck.

I hope you will consider adding the personal mission tanks to the recovery system in the future, so the ones of us that was dumb enough to sell them (before the recovery system got implemented) could get them without starting another account. since there is no way to redo the missions once they are completed.

Best regards, vizier

I do not own the t28 yet but for what reason to you want crapstug back???? The only reason that i did not sell it yet is to act like crew garage.

Not the end of the world if I dont get it back, but wanted it back for crew training now that I am planning on getting the Tier 10 US TDs

What actually motivated me to write this post, is that i cant imagine it would be that difficult to add these thanks to the recovery system for me. from what I hear, these tanks can be recovered already, aslong as they where sold after the recovery system was implemented. I cant imagine it would be difficult to fix for customer support, having access to my account details.

#edit

on second thoughts, it was a reason i sold it, and even though the scorpion only supports 4 crewmembers, I guess thats better than actually having to drive the T28 :D

You can request any premium tank back no matter when you sold it. You need to have slot free and amount of credits you got to be deducted. But afaik you can only do it once per account, so choose wisely.

Imo all tanks you've had on you're account, and can prove with screenshots etc. Should be redeemable, like on the US servers.

Theres absolutely no reason to not do that, other than obvious cashgrap and bad customerservice.

Reason for wanting T28C back: To sell it for 3500 gold when they run the premium trade in program again. (it's the tank that sells for most for its tier)

why would you even play t28htc? i didnt even play a battle with it, sold it straight away lel, big rolling weakspot on tracks + you know how is mm nowadays. If i decide to continue murican td grind i might buy it back, although its very unlikely that i will decide to get it back as tier 7s are crap anyway (most of them at least). As for your issue with getting it back - sadly there is no options for you, i asked support as well about that, answer they gave me was - even if its a unique tank, if it was sold more than 2 months ago - there is no way of getting it back ;)

p.s. it was quite a nice chunk of credits - smthing around 1,3 mil creds :D thats all its worth it - free credits.

Why would you keep T28 HTC and Stug IV? I was thinking of selling both.

They changed that a long time ago.

To do it through support they put a 2 month time limit on.

Then they put the facility in game but it only works if you sold the tank since the facility was added and that was more than 2 months ago.

I have to agree that the tank is is crap, but still doesnt change the fact that it should be possible to recover it. Hope to get enought traction on this for the dev team to add these vehicles to the recovery system no matter how long it was since they got sold.

...and yes, probably sold it because I got so many creds for it and I could actually buy something good :)

Crew training maybe? Especially the T28 HTC as American Premium TD's aren't always available for purchase. Besides The T28 HTC is, I find, rather good at actually leading assaults with the heavies. It's on the top page of dmg blocked for me.
