Super Conqueror—The Thick-Skinned Brit
#3 Posted 13 October 2017 - 03:22 PM
in forum told, say again:
great problem not solved is specific HP, lower than 215b and too much lower than 110E5, similar tank with similar role.
this is relative problem in advance, great problem in back up, where he moves like a superhvy.
Back up from corner, or for peek-a-boom, or to avoid arty shell, or to react at lights or meds flankin assault, is tooooo much slow operation, made worse due to low hull rotation degrees.
S. Conq needs some points more of Specific HP.

"The FV215b moves out of the way to clear some room for the Super Conqueror, which builds on the skills developed from the line’s Tier VII–IX heavies with powerful, accurate guns and decent protection."
In the British heavy line please can you let me know where this Tier VII with a powerful gun is please?
Black Prince has a low alpha gun with only average DPM and a play style different from the tier VIII-X. It's almost like you don't know your own game or the content in it.

"Though the Super Conqueror has moderate alpha for a Tier X, it compensates with an impressive rate of fire. Pump the enemy full of your 400-damage shells, robbing them of 800 HP for every shot fired." ?
how i can make 800 dmg with 400 alpha?

It's worded awkwardly. "Every shot fired" refers to the enemy.

just to know... some one tried on CT test 1 and 2 before speak, or just complain?
I did, and from CT2 the gun is the same of 215b, with +0,3 closure time and +3 deg of depression.... a really nice brit gun.
is just a bit engine underpowered

Hi all. Can someone please clarify something from the announcement?
In the "Whys and Hows" part it says:
"If you researched or purchased the FV215b, when the update lands, you get to keep it on top of getting the newcomer, too."
However, in the graphic right underneath it, its says:
"Having a researched and purchased FV215b....."
I am about 40k exp away but not many credits (or time). So it could make the difference between whether I get a free tank or not
Thanks!

"To ensure the line offers unique, distinct gameplay all the way to Tier X, we made the FV215b into a special vehicle and added a tank that feels like a natural step-up from the Conqueror."
So to ensure unique and distinct gameplay, you make all tanks from tier 8 to 10 more same and on top of that the gameplay resembles that of the american tier 8 to 10 heavy tanks, just with smaller or less weak spots and better guns.
makes sense...

As I understand it comrade, one must have the FV researched AND purchased in order to get the freebie.
Always worth clearing out the 'depot' of any unnecessary consumables/modules/shells for a little bit of extra $$$.
Then it's all about time - I put in an entire weekend (paid for 2 x 24hr prem against my better judgement) hen spent two days alternating between Conqueror & tier VI prems to make the necessary funds.
Always worth remembering not to spam gold whilst ur doing it

there is a great opportunity here to have two unique tanks that don't make the other redundant in any way. The FV215B should get the side weakspot buff it needs to truly make it a sidescraping specialist while the Conq will specialise on ridgelines/hills.
