What's up with all the wipe games in pure tier x mm?

15-0, 0-15, 15-1 etc etc....

EDIT: rarely games goes beyond 5 minutes. One team usually steam rolls the other.

Proof if ever anyone needed it that the 3-5-7 MM has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not your team gets facerolled.

Indeed, it's Patch day. Only beaten by the Test Server and x5 weekend specials, player skill goes down as the rewards and/or tier goes up.

Premium tanks better than experienced , whats why, but MM thinks they r equal. On tier 6 u can do nothing against Scorpion VIII, or Patriot, and your team have BC-12 autoloader or Jagdpanther2, how much % players knows nowadays how to play Jag2, hehehrrerhererh

I played for an hour or so this morning, nearly every game was 15-2 etc, either way sometime I lost sometimes we won, but there did seem to be a lot of near total wipes, I think only one game came down to an even fight

Doesn't matter. It's the amount of people who found their W key.

Not really. Most steamrolls happen because one team gives away map control or turn of brain.exe while playing.

According to WG, landslides have always existed, it's only player perception. There was a developer Q&A about it early this year, maybe last year, can't remember.

TBH, I think the damage is too high ATM, people get fried at the first mistake, it feels like playing tier I-III again.

Well it's a combination of various factors, of course.

It's because the teams are always stacked good V bad. nothing to do with tank set up, nothing to do with teamwork. The simple fact is one team always has better players. It's a bit better player balance this game needs, everything else is just a smokescreen.

But yes, this has always happened, people have short memories but I remember these steamrolls in every patch.

WG balanced the teams better, that's what.

If you get player balance then you will still get steamrolls, probably even more often since every player becomes important rather than the 3 to 5 per team currently.

Steamrolls happen that's true but tbh i didn't notice so many bad games in the past than i did in the last few months. It's always an up and down in gameplay quality and the worse get even worse. Some say uninstall xvm but i noticed that compared to "back then" the amount of bad to very bad players has increased dramatically compared to 8k games ago when i was also learning the ropes around tier 4-6. Haven't see that much red in mid tiers.

I had some really fun games last night as quite a lot of people were either trying out a new tank or playing an old one that has been buffed. The matches didn't seem as static and players were trying different tactics, it was very aggressive though lots of early deaths and short sharp games. Id rather they are like that than campfests.
