Why not we do not ask for the rotational minimap ?

Because is easier to determine the ways to different points.

Of course, is necessary more space around minimap but with optimizations this can be done.

My minimap is very rational. And thankfully not rotational, because such a thing would be irrational.

This game has only a few small maps with two to four main corridors, pathfinding couldn't be easier for the three people per match who actually use the map.

Besides that, in this game you need the map to check where the enemy forces are and how your team is distributed. I think that a rotating map would make that more difficult. It's a fancy looking but pretty useless feature.

You are female, yes?

Only women turn the map around like that.

Or you could learn how to read maps the normal way like you do in real life.

Oh wait, people these days only use map apps on smartphones instead of actual paper maps.

Tbh, I prefer my maps to be non-rotational, because it lets me see immediately where the absolute position of an enemy is on the map, and from there on know if it is a threat or not. If the map were to rotate, I'd first have to spend time staring at the map to know which way it is currently pointing.

Because is easier to determine the ways to different points. Why not ask for a sat-nav with a nice voice. put in the co-ordinates and the sat-nav will guide you. At the next junction turn left. Continue straight on to the next junction and turn right. Point your gun forward. Fire. Now press 2 twice. Fire. Sorry forgot to tell you to pull back and turn left. You have reached the end of your battle.

Of course, is necessary more space around minimap but with optimizations this can be done.

There's something satisfying about turning a paper map in the direction you are traveling...

But as far as rotational minimap I would say no. Let's face it how many actually use it? I know for the first couple of thousand of battles never used it much now I use it all the time.

If you don't know how to read the map after 10k battles then you should uninstall the game. Besides, rotating map would only be annoying.

Use map normally, like a man. Not like a woman or kid too used to smartphones/GPS receivers.

Remember filling in an online form to register for something or other. You know normal stuff name address etc but then on gender there were 4 choices, male, female, prefer not to say or OTHER.

Now what would the other represent? Maybe someone who turns the map to face the direction of travel:)

Play console wot; it’s got a rotational map. I always switch it to normal personally because I like to see how each flank is progressing.

You could always tilt and turn your head to make it appear rotational. :)
