Yep. Just thrown out because "sever being restarted"

Just imagine a world where the game was bought by a Western company. There would be investment, a dilution of certain biases, perhaps even gold ammo and MM readjustment.

Instead we get gaming early 90s style, and a company which couldn't care less about its more affluent customers.

Can't say I'm surprised. As 9 out 10 times EU 1 dies.. Eu 2 dies the next day for some odd reason.

EU2 is back online now. Just logged in after the restart. No idea what happened, but I've gotten 9 days of Premium extra from what I've had an hour ago and also received a bunch of Presonal Reserves.

Spoiler

P.S. : Turns out, those goodies were added for watching the WGL and winning from their Quest system. Sweet ! That is 3 times already I've won from it :D

P.P.S. : Actually make that 4 times, since I've won the Friday twice ! Crazy luck :D

Why do you think it would better?

If it were a western company there would be a phone line where someone would be very polite and apologise profusely while the actual fix took just as long as it does here.

The difference is we would feel better and think the company really cared, we are used to a certain amount of sucking up to the customer and miss it when its not there.

There would also no doubt be an announcement along the lines of mistakes were made lessons learned etc.

Otherwise no difference back in the office the boss would still be yelling and people would be doing their jobs.
