Currently I run an all-female crew on the Bulldog, but read that some of you use them as commanders on (new) tanks due to the 6th sense perk immediately coming into effect, so just wondering how you guys employ these battle sisters and why.

EDIT: Thanks for your input AW, changed the poll to include "Both".

Before the patch that allowed SIS to work with BIA, I only used girls in exclusively female crews, so either three females, or four females per vehicle.

Since the patch that meant SIS and BIA now work together I have recently put a single female commander in the wz 111 1-4, when grinding for the 5A, and during the next transfer crew for gold discount will move the 1-4 crew including the girl up to the 5A and sell the 1-4.

So both (which the poll does not cater for), as before the patch it made sense to keep girls together, and post the patch it makes sense to use girls as commanders.

Both indeed. before the rework I also had full female crew (and still have) on the :

Obj. 140

E-50

Sheridan

Batchat 25t

Udes

After the rework I used the females I got just as commander on :

Cromwell

Skoda T50

O-Ho

113

So, got all countries covered now. Too bad the Polish females arent ingame yet.

I put my first five ladies into the VK 30.02(M) and have ground them up to the E 50. The next three are in the BabyBat with two more in the AMX ELC. Since the latter was nerfed, they're waiting until I earn two more and those four will go to the AMX 50 120. I currently have two Chinese ladies in the barracks waiting for me to unlock the WZ111-11-1111-11-1-4, then they'll wait for me to get a full crew and go on to whichever of the tier 10s is the stronger when I finish the tier 9 grind. I haven't thought of what to do with any from the Object 260 missions but hopefully I'll come up with a destination when I get to those missions.

I prefer to keep female crews together. No particular reason other than that's how I planned them out when I first looked at the missions and can't be arsed changing now. While I could have commanders with instant sixth sense, I'm quite happy grinding crews up in mid-tier tanks instead. :)

Depends how many I have, if I have enough for a full crew then I will use all of them because they are the fastest training crews in the game.

They will reach like 6 skills in the number of games most standard crews reach 4 and as that is very useful for especially medium and light tanks as they benefit from full camo and full repairs, plus often need view range skills, whereas with heavies once you get BIA, full repairs, sixth sense everything else is pretty much a bonus.

Most of my 5 or 6 skill crews are the ones from the PMs or the BIA crews you get from the Cromwell B, Thunderbolt, Tiger 131 etc.

I have like a 6 skill Swedish crew that has only played about 400 games in total. Sadly it is wasted because I didn't like the Kranvagn and have no interest in the Swedish TDs.

The 'free' one we will be getting as compensation will go as a commander probably.

I used to aim for all-female crews to get the SoS perk. Now that it works with BiA I just go for female commanders whenever I get one, but my all-female Bulldog crew is pretty good, so I'm keeping them the way they are.

With the exception of Strv m/42 crew (TC and gunner are female, driver and loader male), I’ve kept the females as a single crew (1 Soviet 4-girl crew, 1 German and 1 French 3-girl crew plus 6 Swedish girls split between the Strv m/42 with 2 and Strv m/74 with 4).

I have enough Orders to get further 2, plus another one from compensation for WG disabling the missions.

Best way would probably assign each as the TC for new tanks.

I was using them as all female crews before.

Currently, when SoS and BiA is compatible, I put them as commander and driver, as this positions always make good use of min. 4/5 perks.

Gunner or loader might be a good choice on specific tanks with 3/4 crew memebers, especially MT/LT as they benefit from camo, so you again have 5 really usefull perks/skills.

Generally though, loaders, gunners and radiomans are beeing assigned to standard pleb crews.

BTW i do the same with 0 perk BiA crews.

I still have all-female-crews from before the before the change in my Object 263, the Emil and the Kranvagn. Since the change however I always use girls whenever I assemble a new crew for a vehicle and need a good commander right away. It´s really comfortable that way, and given how valuable girls are, putting them all in a single tank would seem like a waste.

One sorority in UDES 03/Strv S1 (man, do they learn fast!), the other three are waiting for Emil I.

While I grind for Emil, I guess they are doing their nails and gossiping :-)

Interesting, having women as commanders, is this an effort of social engineering...?     I didn't notice that they could mix BIA and SIA.   Thing is, what did they have to do to get that promotion and will we be seeing a scandal 20 years down the line?

Since Sisterhood of steel did not work with Brothers in arms before. You had to put all your crew in the same tank for the effect to work. So I have a full T49 crew, AMX 30, Charioteer and was getting close to getting a full female crew on the T54E1. But then they changed the rule that Sos works with BIA. So now my T54E1 only has 3 females. The Swedish Strv 74 has a full female crew to, as pr the Xmas events last year.

The tanks that only have a female commander, but the rest with BIA is the KV-1S "yes I put one on a tier 5's for now. At that point all my 6+ Russian had 3 skills with BIA, so no need yet" Udes, Leo, Skoda T25, IS-2 and the Chi-Ri to get them around on other nations. We get one free later today, and could toss it on Germany just to get one there. But then it would be a downgrade, as every tank there has 3 skills or more. Except the Pz 1c and 3601. And I don't feel like tossing one on there. So no idea where to put her yet.

Thanks for all your input and insights! I guess I will keep the howling banshees crew on my Bulldog and fiddle around with the idea of female TC's on future tanks. And good thinking on recruiting for other nations!

I have a couple all-female crews, but the final 5 I'll eventually get form the obj missions will probably all end up as commanders.

Three girl crew in Bat-Chat with a 4th trained on French MT's so I can play Lorraine, Revalorise and CDC.  They were originally the crew for my AMX 30B but I prefer Bat-Chat (although I rarely play Tier X).

Charioteer has a four girl crew.  Have yet to try that actuall since the buff. Put them on my "to do" list.

Three girls in the T57 heavy.  Fourth crew person is a bloke in that.  I don't think I'll bother putting a fourth girl in there.
