Weak tier X lights

so i just checked the win rate stats for all tier X lights.. and they are a joke..

They are ALL under performing.. from 45% to 60%  it's always under the reference curve..  see the attached files..  

 

I'm not going to get the tier X until WG fixes these turds.. 

And what i don't understand is why is WG not seeing this?.... how?

Are you crazy? They're more OP than the 907!!!

 

But really, these curves bring no news, they just don't have any carry potential. Especially in a 3/5/7 a top tier tank needs to be able to do more than just zip around really fast.

You should change the title to 'Still weak', as WG knows as they buffed them all last patch but the buffs were so tiny it was pointless, especially the RHM. that arguably got worse.

WG had a panic attack about the tier X lights how they where on the test server version 1..   now they are limp noodles without anything good..

 

bad pen

super bad pen drop off over distance (25%)

bad dpm

bad accuracy..

 

all they have is speed and camo..  but with all these corridor maps you are not going to camo or drive the enemy to death..  you do need a good gun.. and they don't..

WHAT DO YOU MEAN? WG SAID T10 LIGHT ONLY NEEDED THESE MINOR BUFFS FROM LAST PATCH TO BE PERFECTLY BALANCED.

 

Also 132-1 was already perfectly good before the patch, so there you go :XDDD

Lol, the rhm really sucks...how can wg not see it?? Why did they nerf the lights after ct1?
Why are they only giving them micro buffs instead of real ones while other tanks receive reasonable changes...
What are they afraid of?

they are afraid of the lights becoming small fast mediums..  but they kinda overdone it..  they just made the tanks crapto play...

the maps are indeed bad for light tanks.   but WG don't want the lights to snipe.. so they screwed the pen over distance with 25%.. so low base pen -25% is terrible pen at long distance..  and you can't aim for weakspots.. because they miss all the time with the suckass accuracy..

 

so they want lights to be scouts without a fighting role..   yeh.. that will work..

The maps add insult to injury, but all but one of them are on the low end of DPM for a tier 9 medium and their HP is pitiful.

I recently bought 105 and although it's usually fun to play, I would never call it good. Also, there are certain aspects of the tank (namely atrocious accuracy) that make it frustrating at times. Who the heck thought it's a good idea to give such terrible accuracy to tier 10 vehicles? What am I supposed to do, load HEAT as standard?

That's the problem. Even heavies on tier X outspot some lights. We need all maps to be bigger.

And that bullcrap with pen over distance needs to ... dissapear!

They don't want them to become like meds but fast. So they made them crap at fighting stuff, especially at range and gave them low dpm. Which of course makes for totally amazing vehicles in world of corridors (cause we need to keep those heavies headbutting without ever risking getting flanked until they've either won or lost...). With decent maps and a little viewrange rebalance they would be fine actually...

I've been doing surprisingly well in my t10 light T-100 lt. I currently have +4% wr on my base and about 600 + on my base WN8. I quickly learnt what the tank is good at, but I can see an awful lot of badly played T10 lights, yoloing mainly. I think a lot of players are using gun rammers and trying to resolve the dpm issue but imo in the current state that's pointless as its just to poor to bother with, add to it the poor accuracy and its a thankless tactic.

 

The tactic for me that has worked is early scouting making sure I'm not getting in to much danger, try and pick a couple of 1000 assist damage points and then joining the battle when the numbers have thinned out. Going one on one with anything is near suicide imo, I basically just play mine as I did my t8 in a t10 match.

 

They aren't imo T10 tanks.

The thing is all meds but leo1 now have some sort of armor so what's the problem with lights being softer meds?

IMHO Tier 10 light tanks should have the best spoting and camo by some margin to the next tank, instead they don't even have that, so in a word tier IX and X light tanks are worthless.

Nothing..  the scout class is dead in this game..  so let the light tanks be fast small meds with lower hitpoints and a bit lower dpm.. 

 

1400~1700 health..

2500~2800 dpm

fast firing low caliber gun with normal pen.. maybe bit lower for the lights.. 225~245 ap/apcr  and 300 heat..

normal accuracy 0.32~0.38

And no dumb 25% pen drop off for the lights. 

Good/fast aimtime of sub 2 sec..

Same viewrange as tier X meds. 

Low amour protection

And yet games are chock-full with lights which makes a pain to complete light missions.

 

On a personal note, I'd rather have a slingshot on my lights but have range view.

Mediums should never have more than 300m and heavies/TFs more than 200m.

 

Until then, it's a redundant class.

euhm? pls show me those, I barely see any lights in my games, mostly 1 per team and max 2.
