So another day another disaster for WG; server crash at peak time, and what will we hear from WG in the coming days; nothing. At least on the English speaking part of the forum, because right now (or at the time of the crash) there are forum moderators at least communicating with some parts of this community, that being the German speaking community.

-

Its becoming a regularity and more of a when, not if the server will crash during the weekend, and after what will be done about it? Nothing. No compensation for premium time etc. It doesn't matter if the server was down for 15mins or 15 hours, those 15mins could be the only time when a paying customer could play.

-

Is it too much to ask that WG (net worth ~$1 billion) employs at least 1 forum moderator for peak times during the weekend for each of the different language speaking communities?

-

Is it too much to ask for some communication from WG EUs so called community managers as to what is going on with servers? and why aren't they being upgraded in capacity or more added (EU3 ffs), is the money we pay over here so that RU can have umpteen servers for free or what?
