So even if Kazna lose to Go Hard .. they would still qualify to go to Moscow ? being the Highest Placed loser ?

Well my fav teams from :
EU : DiNG, Go Hard
NA : eClipse, Top Tier
APAC : YaTo, EL Gaming ( plz note EL gaming will be not going to Moscow due to the fact they didn't even get to Australia for region Finals which they clearly would have won for the 3rd time straight )TE got thru.
RU : UNIQUE, NSS

Since they placed 1st in the online stage then yes they would go through. Its the finalists from LAN and 1st place from online stage (excluding finalists) that will represent Europe at the GF in Moscow.
