Playing IL-2 1946 online atm.
I liked WoT allot, but i don't like being outclassed by higher tier tanks the whole time. I hope there will be game modes with a limited tier level, or where all tanks are the same tier or something. That new tiered CB stuff comming out is a good direction i think.

When i get a new pc, and get Skyrim, i don't think i'll have any time left for other games for a while. :D man am i looking forward to it.

It's funny how litterally every game has whiners, even if it's so much better than the rest out there.

I used to play an MMO that had updates every week, like clockwork. Awesome
The patchnotes?
"Minor localisation"

Every single week, the exact same patchnotes.
O and there were some other changes they made to the game, but didn't mention in the notes. It was up to the players to find them, and report about them on the forum. So every week the game of 'find the new bugs' brought some life to the forum.

And you complain about a game where the updates are well thought of and thorough tested (which means go back to the devs if you find something that needs ajusting)?

I am still playing WoT but not as much as I have been. Got BF3 it is ok  & I have recently rediscovered Fallout 3 & I have been doing the side missions & battling Super Mutants but even this as good as it is, it still gets repetative!  Even the best things in life get boring if you do too much too often & you need to take a break.

please dont add minecraft

Why not? it's easily the game with the best money for value ratio besides that the game is still in beta and evey few months a newer version is released with lots and lots of new content.

OT: been playing a lot of old games lately like C&C Generals, Empires Dawn of the Modern world, Battlefield 2 (it's better than Battlefield 3 :)) and Call of duty 2/4

Well atleast they patched every week. WG uses a couple of monts and importand stuff still isn't fixed.  Multicore support, arti tracers, the general arty problem. They just add junk to earn money, not to satisfy the player base. Oh and WG also changes stuff they don't tell us.
WG's comunication to the comunity is simply bad.

If there is a game that is/was worse then this one, still does not make the way WG does things any better.

But hey, atleast it looks like we are slowly getting somewhere now. Even though things still often get pushed back to later patches. WG has the luck that they are one of the very few that offer a game like this, with this setting and graffical quality and such.  Had there been some serious competition then i think WoT would have a hard time, untill the game had reached 1.0.0 status.

I do think though that once this game finaly reaches the complete game status (1.0)instead of demo version you pay for (yes get real, the game is like only having halv the content it should have on release) it will be a good game that will be fun to play.

IMO WoT is a very good game if you play it without premium. Wanna challenge? Geting bored? The solution: Throw away premium!

As for Minecraft I'm all for people playing a variety of games. I was born in the early seventies, so have been through all the early days of crappy graphics, dont want to go there again.

the battles are becoming too predictable with only 1 game mode and therefore getting boring
