What do you guys recommend, what skills should i train on my crew? My crew already has brothers in arms trained, and i need to pick next skills to train. My commander already has sixth sense too, because i got her from TD mission 15.

Camo and Sixth Sense are extremely important for such a glass cannon TD like Hellcat is.

Snapshot and smoothdrive can be helpful too because the Hellcat has atrocious gun handling.

There are three things you want to consider here. (format here is "1st skills/2nd skills/3rd skills")

1. If you want a crew purely for the Hellcat you'll want to go with SS (sixth sense)+camo/bia/snap shot smooth ride all that crap.

2. If you want a crew you can train up the tiers eventually getting to the tier 10, you'll want SS+repairs/bia/snap shot smooth ride

all that crap, THEN camo.

3. If you want a GOOD crew for Hellcat and can afford to re-spec the crew skills for gold at tier 8 you'll want to now pick SS+camo/snap shot smooth ride and all that crap, go with the same skills for the tier 7, and when you reach tier 8 and have enough crew XP to have second skill at 100% you retrain for SS+repairs/BiA/snap shot smooth ride all that crap depending on your preference.

Camo for all, Sixth Sense, and one of the view range skills, probably Situational Awareness on the radio operator, clutch breaking on the driver (because it turns like a super tanker), and repairs on the loader then reset for Safe Stowage perk.
