Nice info. This makes it possible to calculate your chance of winning a match by looking at the stats of all tanks involved. If your side mainly consists of those performing at 48% win rates vs sides with 52% win rates you know your in for a fight. :-)

Do u also have numbers of how many battles were played with each nation (in numbers and/or %). This could be of some importance when u want to compare those average win/loss ratios.

No surprise. E-75 is a german fanboys' T-54. Every time I see one in battle I think "oh, another dead weight". I can only wonder how it can perform so good with an average driver being so horrible <_<

Very interesting numbers.  It seems that the tier/tank combinations where W/L% really go up after 150 games are:

Tier 2: basically across the board.  This makes sense, as the tier spread of tier 2 lights is narrow enough that an elited tank in the hands of an experienced player can consistently dominate.  And that's what I love about noobs, man...I keep getting better; they just stay the same.

Tier 3 TDs: especially the Marder II, but across the board.  These are simply powerful vehicles for their level in the hands of someone who isn't just grinding.

Tier 8+: across the board, except for heavy tanks.  It makes sense, as these are among the most powerful tanks on the board most of the time, so skilled players can "impose their will" a bit more at this level.  Interesting that heavy tanks, though, don't tip into positive W/L% until they hit tier 10.  I guess this is a result of the heavy tank's lack of manueverability and the fact that heavies always end up slugging it out with each other, which dooms lower tier heavies to get picked on by their older cousins, so to speak.  

Tier 5 Lights: One of these days, I'm going to buy that T-50-2 and see what all the fuss is about, because the win percentages of these things are pretty obscene, even compared to the other "end game" tanks.  Not really sure why.  The few games I've gotten into with these tanks, they didn't seem that decisive.

By the way, SerB just admitted in the RU forum, that the nerf of E50-/75 has only "historical" reasons and no balance reasons; just like the EU server stats show.
Well, evil to him who evil thinks (in German: "Ein Schelm, der Böses dabei denkt.").  ;)

Yes, also since Clanwars and Tank Company Battles falsify the Win/Loss ratio when compared to Random Matches only, where true 'Team Play' is less common.

The Type 59 might be the exception to that, with a significant part of the demographic driving it but still performing well in it. The truth is likely a combination of strongly sloped hull armor, very strong frontal turret armor plus the really low operating costs of this premium medium compared to the generally rather high costs for operating researchable mediums of the same tier, which makes player drive the Type 59 more aggressively (and thus successfully) without too much second thought.

Cant it just be that the type 59 gets a better matchmaking? According to the MM chart it doesnt meet tier 9 meds and tier 10 heavy's. Even tier 7 meds can get into battles with those tanks.

When claiming the truth, remember to view all the aspects.

I tend to agree.  The "easy mode" matchmaking that the T-59 enjoys likely has the same effect as the matchmaking of the tier 10s - meaning that it is at the top of the table all the time and thus the good drivers are more able to affect its W/L%.  The matchmaking of the T-59 reminds me of tier 2 light matchmaking.

They used the Russian Stargate during a solar flare to travel to an alternate reality where the war dragged on long enough for Germany to complete E-series and found out that the transmission was indeed at the front.

And that Stalin doodled jet fighter blueprints in the 1920s...
