Hey WG, i got it - no appeals can be made, no answers from Support (except for pathetic bot-replies you composed for every ticker under "Illegal mod appeal" tab). You decided to go fully automatic with this issue and let software (that can make mistakes) decided who is guilty and who is not.

Well, alright. I'll serve my 7 day suspension not even knowing what for. None of mods i have installed (list attached) seems fall under you Fair Policy violation.
So i at least ask you to specify WHAT mods got me suspended. Point it to me so i dont get permanently banned in future.

Here is 6 screenshots from PROtanki modpack (modpack from RU-cluster verified by WG staff before every release).

Vanilla modpack worked for me.

I think you realize that you won't get an answer here nor anywhere else. Best case scenario - 3 pages of forumites talking about the same stuff and then it will get locked.

Also, providing screenshots means nothing. We can easily give you a benefit of a doubt, but that's not gonna help you either. Seems like you just have to go vanilla in a week.

Have fun doing something else.

Which of those did you have to un-tick before you posted the screenshots?

About half of the mods you're using can be considered unfair although I'm not sure if any are directly banned.

Don't know what "remover of scope shadow&filter" means but if it gives you easier visibility and is not in the vanilla it's unfair.
Increased 6th sense duration? You'll know how long the spotting lasts. Unfair.
Safeshot? Unfair, it does something for you that you should be doing yourself.
"White chain tracks"? I don't know what that is but white dead tanks were one of the first mods to be banned at least in the competitive scene because it gave an unfair advantage.
Some of the effects may or may not give an unfair advantage as well by removing things blocking your vision, similarly as tundra removing all the vegetation.

Guys, no need to question ProTanki mod pack. It's totally legit and available on officially supported by WG: https://wgmods.net/WOT/ru/

Same problem with me,

bot answers, but no answer!

And lets get it clear.

they banned about 2000 eu accounts!  out of how many active players in Eu1 and eu2 servers?

I would estimate that they banned les than 0,5% of the accounts.

Do you think only 0,5% of the players use illegal mods?

i dont! I would think it is a lot more!

So obviously their detection makes mistakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish EU-cluster would make something like that. Just put this modpack on official website and never question it. As far as i know "illegal" tag criterias are the same for all regions so what da hell happen in my case then? Software misfunction?

Hmmm i thought safe shot was illegal,

and as for horizontal leveling not sure what that is but if it keeps your gun level while traveling i can see that definitely being illegal.

they only banned 600+ accounts 2000+ were warned

What you do is respond to the "bot answer as you call it" reopening the ticket and ask for more details or whatever,

Sometimes you have to reopen a ticket 5 or 6 times before you get a response you may not be happy with but at least makes more sense.

They don't have any anti-cheat software. I'm gonna make an assumption and you will not like it. You probably got a lot of reports cause you were a d1ck to people. Not saying you are, it's just an assumption.

Why would safe shot be illegal? It literally only "improves" gameplay by preventing accidental shots at teammates. Horizontal leveling I believe is already in the game (It's in the general tab of settings).

The only shady one in the list I see is the "White chain tracks".

The main issue here is that the ProTanki pack is used by a lot of people and is an approved mod pack, and it seems unlikely that the system wouldn't ban all users in that case. Where did you get your version?

Might be some leftover mod files. Do the following:

Open the command prompt (Win+R->'CMD' ) and type as follows:

Spoiler

Then you get the file 'print2.txt' in C:\Games\World_Of_Tanks\red_mods\, listing all folders and files inside the \res_mods directory. Paste the contents into a spoiler in the forums so we can take a look.

Alternatively you could upload the folder somewhere, but that's probably a bit fishy.

Looking at the screenshots, I can see two options that have a very high chance of violate the Fair Play Policy rules:

Screenshot two: the options

- Closest enemy indicator

- Guns of enemy on minimap

Looks like two options you can't have as vanilla player but can be very advantageous to have.

Exactly it improves your game play, remember there are awards for the number of games without shooting your teammates, this therefore gives you an unfair advantage over those not using it, therefore making it illegal.

I think they're all okay.  It's the "other" mod pack not pictured that will be the problem

yes but if you notice the boxes for those are not checked therefore they are not installed.
