My dear esteemed forumites,

For some time now I can't see the "i" icon previously located next to the picture of a poster.

Has this feature been removed or is there something wrong with my browser. (Google).

Thank you.

Yes, that's the place where it was, but I can't see it there anymore. I am on the phone right now, so I double check when I get home.

I try disabling the Ad block just to be sure and we shall see if it appears again.

PS: Ok, The "i" icon is not visible neither next to a battle counter nor after disabling Ad Block. Any other suggestions ?

Right click the Chrome shortcut, select run as administrator, press the vertical 3 ... at the top right, select Help, select About Google Chrome, let it run to check if you're using the latest version of Chrome.

Check so you're using the latest version of Java.

Well the problem is kinda solved, both Chrome and Java are up to date, but the "i" icon does not work on Chrome. it does work on Internet Explorer.

Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)

You have the recommended Java installed (Version 8 Update 151).

The problem is probably, that Chrome no longer supports NPAPI, but how come it's working for you and not for me.

It never occurred to me to use a different browser, silly me. I don't like changing things I am used to, that is why I run Chrome all the time.

Ok, I found a solution and it's working again, I can see the "i" icon. It was the Avast online security extension and also the AdBlock Plus.

Just in case someone else is having the same problem, you need to do this.

Right top corner of your Chrome browser

Disable AdBlock Plus for this site

Click on the Avast icon

Web Analytics

Allow Google GTM

problem solved

By the way, thanks SuedKAT for trying to help, I appreciate it.

No worries, but just as a sidenote, I use Adblock Plus on this site without any issues :)
