A question: Does voting on 2 teams in each group result in a lower ranking compared to only voting on 1 team?

I'm not having the same issue when I try to connect to https://wotfinals.com/en/main
Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using an alternate browser?
Or maybe try using an incognito browser session

I have now tried both Chrome and Edge, incognito-mode and clearing the browser cache, still have the same problem.
I've also tried deleting the cookies, nothing works, all the links still take me to https://www.twitch.tv/wgl_en.

Tough news but your country must have banned betting. Therefore you are not able to navigate to the website. If you use a VPN you should have no problem.
This affects a number of EU countrys.

btw, you don't even have to log in and share with google, just close the thing and you got 3 votes.

Well,in beggining I couldnt earn my votes aswell,but I disabled my AdBlockPlus and that sorted everything out.

I had the same issue as the other guys... The link just sends me to twitch.
The only way to solve it was to use a VPN app on my phone and go to the website.
