I think it's when they third mark a tier 10 medium.

You?

When they learn stats mean nothing, and you 3rd mark all of your tanks no matter the type or tier.

When they stop believing in fairy tales about stats not meaning anything and get 65%+ WR solo consistently with 4k+ WN regardless of tier played.

When they realise that it is time to move on to a new game and never play again.

Until that time, the game is still mastering them.

When they genuinely enjoy the game and play for the fun of it.

When they stop crying and blaming everything and anything for their own failures, then they've mastered the game.

I was told by Jogga it was when you're accepted into the Dingers.

I hope this thread isn't going to burst my bubble.

Someone told me in TS I'm a master debater, so I thought they must read the forum a lot.

I think that's what they said anyway.

By this definition I have mastered the game. I am not sure everyone would agree with that.

When they can make even the worst tanks in the game work playing solo, *THEN* they are a good player. (maintaining their average DPG for that tier and winratio)

If I may point out an error:

You have not joined The Dingers yet.

Sorry OP.....in true Dinger style taking it too off topic.

I think when you're winning more than you lose at the tier you choose to play. The game is a load of different games and I think it's more about mastering tiers than mastering the game.

When they have located every possible cheat mod, installed them all and now drive around like a magic death robot killing everything in sight with no effort.

Um...... I wouldnt consider myself a master. I would say when you no longer have to "grind" a 3 mark rather get it in like 200-300 games...

Could someone elaborate on the very common statement that caring about stats or marks etc. automatically means you are not having fun? Are kids on the football field not having fun if their aim is to score a goal? Are you not having fun if you want to conquer the highest mountain on Earth? Why not just climb some random hill and enjoy that?

Lol, play any tank for long enough and it is entirely possible to three mark it, same as a monkey with a typewriter ending up re-writing Shakespeare, do it for long enough and eventually conditions will randomly apply. So 'mastering the game' would need to be aligned with another skill, such as win rate which is a pure measure of skill, although what level of win rate is debatable, maybe 99% ?

When you:

- don't play arty anymore...

- look at lineups and try to execute what's best and not what your tank role is (with exception of red line sniping right from the start then you are just a c***)

- uninstall xvm

- always think what you could done better in all aspects

- don't get triggered by teammates w/e they do (i REALLY need to work on this one :()
