US line has the best combination of mobility and big guns.

French line is more mobile but doesn't do much damage - good for stun missions though.

french arty of course.

they mostly have quite shallow gun arc which make for great trickshots through windows etc,

are maneuverable, the tier 9 and 10 have even a turret and the tier 10 also an autoloading gun.

also they look better than the competition.

Was grinding through arty a whiles back and gave up. After last couple of patches they are now viable line to grind again.

So decided US line was the best for me, tried out German and French on CT but wasn't to impressed, yes I know French has turret, is fast and has autoloader, but DPM and stun seemed to weak. Whereas T92 was the dogs dangelly bits, well to me anyways.

Still like Bert and M44 though, fast reload etc.

Germany has the option of bringing the stun mechanic into the low tiers, beginning with the Bison at tier III.

Admittedly due to some game mechanics the stun effect often doesn't occur with low tier arty (something to do with their minimum stun duration being too short or whatever) but still you got a 6 meter splash radius with a 400 alpha gun and the penetration nerf is less serious for them, 35mm still chews through quite some tanks at tier III and IV and I won't go into detail what a Bison will do to a tier II tank that has been unlucky enough to meet a 15cm gun.

Germany until tier 7, above that they have very narrow gun arcs. The US line is good, the Brits are ok but short-ranged until tier 7, which drives backwards - great for dropping shells on tanks that think they're in cover though. The French are my new favourites but I like to play my arty around the map, not driving to one spot and sitting there. Good stun durations, accurate and mobile but the lowest damage.

US - Big guns, bad accuracy, high damage, good splash radius, long reload. Better to either dump a perfect shell on the enemy/hit the ground 10m away and make 500 damage/miss completely the target and lands 50m behind the tank and you need to waste 40sec more on reload.

+ M44 and M53/55 are the only good ones with decent mobility and accuracy. I'm stuck on the M40/43 and that thing is painful, same painful as the M12 (for me at least) because of the way the shell travels - either you overshoot or you undershoot.

Germany - Big guns, good-ish accuracy, high damage, good splash radius, long reload.

+ some of them have trollish armor. Overall are all a slugish piece of crap that was only really made to be a SPG.

France - Smaller guns, great accuracy and gun handling, average damage, ok-ish splash, quick reload.

+ the stupid insane mobility they have because they are pretty much a medium/light tank hull with a big 155mm gun stuck on there. And also, have a turret.

And the tier 10 got a closed turret but can't equip vents. WG logic.

I am a fan of US arty line and still playing with them..

But If you have enough patience to grind tier 8 and 9... I say go for the BRITS...

tier 5 and 6 are by far the most fun and hilarious arties in the game.. no contest on that..

tier 7 is meh! 8 and 9 are not fun at all for me.. but.. that tier 10.. OMG...

you just need to fire in the general vicinity of the target.. then puuff!! 800 damage with splash..

and with the general vicinity I mean, you can shoot california from london and the tanks still in the factory in moscow will get damaged!

Mr Mighty Jingles said someday,

If the shell of CGC drops in an area with the same post code with you.. you will have a bad time..

and that was before the radius buff!
