Just had a battle on Mines, Encounter, from the south spawn I went to the lighthouse and made it to the rock in the middle along with a couple of team mates. At one point during the battle, a VK 30.01 D came down from the north spawn's TD plinth and I put some shots into him without my sixth sense triggering.

Then I got shot by their Hellcat! He clearly blind-fired the obvious bush I'd been spotted behind previously knowing that I'd just taken out their VK. Fair play, Mr. Hellcat, I'm glad I guessed right when I returned the favour a couple of shots later.

Replay for those who don't believe this sort of thing happens.

Grrrr, argh, aimbots, hax, etc.

OMG, enemy player uses brain and blind shots bush hack. I often use this hack myself, I didn't realise it was illegal.

Happens all the time,

there are loads of videos on youtube showing players shooting at a tank missing it and then getting the message target destroyed,

because they hit a tank behind the one they shot at and didn't even know it was there,

sort of happened to me yesterday had my in battle logs going showing me how much damage i was doing, but at end of battle i had done moire damage than my logs said so checked what i had hit and i had damage on a E100 i had not even shot at, i must have hit it when i missed something else i was shooting at.

the game also has direction of shot that tells you the direction a shot came from all you do is shoot back at any bush in that direction.

killed lots doing that been killed several times like that myself.

I came here expecting to school a stupid player and was disappointed that I fell for the bait...Still, good to see you are not a stupid player!

Had this too when tooning. I shot a tank but missed and killed a tank that was a bit behind the other one then another one in a solo session where i shot a spotted tank and hit one who just became unspotted again and moved into the line of fire and got killed by that shot.

you know the magic E5 bush on Prokorvodka? I sneaked my Luchs into it for a 7k spotting game, an Easy 8 kept blind firing at me 'cos he had a brain. Sixth sense never went off.

A couple a weeks later, same map but in a KV2. Hmm, a) our other flank is melting, b) their Luchs ain't been spotted, do you think he's in that bush? Classic KV2 mega snipe from the railway crossing...poor guy, I almost felt sorry for him. I do miss battlechat sometimes

Had a game last week with a Forumite on the enemy team. He's in E25, and more than likely at E1. Blindfire campaign commences, because forumite focus is real. Out drives a Jagdpanzer IV full of holes. Forumite gets spotted 100m further back.

Almost got counter-sniped yesterday when un-spotted in my Type 64. Put about 4 shots into a KV-2, sixth sense does not go off and I pull back literally just in time as he blind-fires my position. Really did not expect a KV-2 player to have a functioning brain.

To be fair it is not that hard to shoot the right bush when there are only so many ones to choose from.

A lot of the spotting spots are becoming rather well known at this point.

I really need to look up my old Conc GC replay where I blind fired at that common TD camping bush as my first shot of the battle and one shot an unspotted FV183. I'd feel bad if it wasn't a 183 but yeah HAKZ.

I'm just being silly. Although it's slightly worrying how many people answered seriously, if that's the impression I give people.

I know I'm a bit of a bell-end at times but I do understand which end of the pokey stick bit to point at the red tanks, honest. :child:

parked my borsig 50m behind the spotting bush op fiery salient yesterday, got of plenty of shots unspotted only for a T34 blindshotting the bushes and right behind them, he knew I was out there but I was further behind then he was thought.. got spotted in the end and shot four times the second sixth sense went of... but it was fun for as long as it lasted

Just today I was in M12 (yes I play arty from time to time, it's mostly for the missions and sometimes because I eat and watch a stream while playing.. :P  ), I had rotated pretty far to the northeast corner of Westfield (started from south spawn), when an enemy entered my cap. I knew it was a tier 5 med (last proper tank they had left) so I just aimed at the corner of the house right at the edge of the cap circle (only cover in the whole circle), shot and splashed him to death. He hadn't been spotted in ages and hadn't shot anyone in probably ages either, but because i don't have a cauliflower for brains he dieded and we won the game.

Blind firing a bush fair enough but the hellcats timing was uncanny, exactly in the few seconds window you were not behind the rock. Sometimes people get lucky, it is just somehow never me.

Hellcat OP obviously.

Probably used premium ammo which instantly guided the shell into your tank. He was probably aiming for the hill at the time.

It's good to blindfire, but you need a gun with good RoF, or a godly intervention.

The only time I manage to blindfire easily is on Prokhorovka. Seriously, one bush for all the scouts?
