This is the worst greedy thing WG done in all times probably.

Benerfit from hyped Type59 (which they were hyping all the time for the reasons) and luring people to gamble for it is DISGUSTING way of milking players. They have no shame, of course kids gonna try it and spend their or someone elses money.

Of course they could have offered Type in calendar for higher price because this tank is not OP anymore but guess what is better way of milking? The fixed price with tank itself without gambling or gamble for it? Where you can spend literally fortune and you won´t get it.

DISGUSTING WARGAMING and worst of all that you count on this scheme where you know people gonna gamble for it so much. SHAME ON YOU.

How many boxes did you buy? I guess you did not get a Type? As I'm sure you would be saying something differently if you got one on the first box. So I guess their plot worked?

No one is forcing you to buy anything. I've not bought a single box yet. Nor is it WG's fault that parents don't control or limit their kids spending habit online. If a 12 year old can get assists to spend €99 euro on digital boxes... then their parents have bigger issues tbh.

Then again unlike other lootboxes, at least WG show exactly what you can get as a minimum before you buy. So it's not 100% blind. And WG did this last year to 100% blind. Then no one complained about it. Why? Because media had not focused on it. If the recent Blizzard and EA lootbox hate had not been in focus, no one would complain about it this year either.

To be honest dude, it was a ploy to make money and it worked. The first people to buy boxes got the Type 59 to encourage more people to buy them. Now later ones don't get the Type (or drop rate is greatly reduced). Definitely a case of "snooze you lose"

WG are totally untrustworthy and as such I understood what they were doing so I quickly bought some boxes, got the Type and other premium vehicles which I already had or didn't want. So the value in gold and silver made it worthwhile for me. I'm not so sure if the boxes are as much value now to be honest. Incidentally none of the boxes won in game contain any premium vehicles (correct me if I'm wrong).

So basically if you know what they are doing and are willing to jump in early you'll get value if you're not, then you won't

No one is physically forcing you.. no problem to see then really. I myself will try my luck after pay day with a few boxes. Who should have the right to tell me how yo spend my money?

OMG guys!

Of course they will cover this with "you get something for your money". They are not that stupid. I´m talking about the disgusting way HOW they are asking for our money.

And the way is really the bottom of fair play. You can offer game things for money and this game is based on that but you still can do it with some dignity.

Gambling for hyped tank is the worst thing possible. I won´t believe this company a word in the future.

People became so numb already! At least EA encounter players opinion about that.

What WG will try as next "awesome christmas offer"? Or we will perhaps get a chance to gamble every six month, three months?

DISGUSTING.

Man, I played WoT when OP Type59 was available and I didn´t want it, I´m not talking about the tank only but this system. You are exact example of player WG needs.

Mate if i buy 30 days premium, i pay 40 Turkish Lira in my country.I have bought 11 boxes (78 TL) and its profit about having prem days and gold.If i had 2 tier IV tanks before i would get 2400 golds too.It would be a great profit. Why people talking crap about that. The box system is not like CS:GO.Its so much better.(If you think like that WG will make these boxes worse every year or every event this would be terrible. Its right. But now its worth it.)

Lol, WG didn't hype it at all. That was the most of WoT player community thinking the tank is somehow magical.

It's not really WGs fault people are morons.

I didn't want it either but got it in a box anyway.  Reason I bought the boxes was to boost to 48% credit earnings on my main grind tanks.

Wg may be trying to making us addicted to pay more with these profit boxes.

I see, it is no WG´s fault to make OP tank, remove it and sell it again. Sorry, but you are so naive.

So, is it satisfying to rant about a game all day every day?

Actually it is good to point out when something is wrong rather than keep silent.

Well it is magical, it prints credits like there is no tomorrow, mediocre tank in itself but credit wise the best premium in the game to grind silver in.

WG have made the Type 59 a "prize" kind of tank, therefore it will only be available as a reward of sorts.

Funny, been playing this game for 6  years and I've never seen WG "hype" the type - that was a player reaction :)

I bought some boxes to complete my decorations, got a Skorpion G and a Ravioli (already have a Type 59 anyway), but I didn't buy boxes thinking this entitled me to a particular tank...
