Don't have a favourite map. All of them suck balls.

Hmm...if I would have to choose an all time favourite...meaning it doesn't matter which tank i'm in...Malinovka, but only and only the Encounter version...because the standard one sucks balls, both bases are way to far from the main part of the map...the north east...so it's bloody annoying having to waste 3 minutes driving to the hill.

I'm gonna get battered for this, but Erlenberg, Ensk and Himmelsdorf.

I only wish those maps'd be bigger, that would fix all the whining about them.

Erlenberg I have a few spots on, where I can dominate if I get the right matchup :P And I usually go mid, never the outskirts, unless i'm in a light.

Ensk is a great map, only the size is the problem. And usually most of the fighting is on the right side of the map, leaving left side open for flanking. I love flanking.

And Himmel is the kind of corridor map, that if was larger would be a non-annoying corridor. Like seriously, you can actually play a light or a med on this one.

Redshire. Works for every tank. No corridors as such, maybe the heavy corner one, but still can drive quite freely around if you know how.

The 'Old' Redshire (Dont ask....i liked the way it played out)...new is great in lights too..

Malinovka (Im my first 4k games....Its a good 'Learning' map)

Prokorovka (In light tanks in the old +3mm)

Ensk in my T49 with the derp (It loves close quarters combat and plenty of flanking opportunities)

...And lately fishermans bay in lights or the Is3 (I like to go with the meds when in a tier 10 game in the Is3....such fun)

As somone said above...it depends on the tank?

Prokhorovka, redshire, murovanka, sand river, fishermans bay, steppes are probably the only GOOD ones, then there's a few acceptable ones like stalingrad, swamp, serene coast and lakeville (minus valleytards)

1) Steppes.

2) Malinovka.

(these two are the only "ideal" tank warfare terrains).

3) Karelia

4) Cliff.

5) Mountain pass.

(these three allow some kind of maneouvring).

No matter what tank I play; Murovanka. Only Encounter mode can suck when you get degenerate superheavies that bot out in the forest while the enemy superheavies cap for the win. Always a joy when your Type 5 calls you a retard because you didn't couldn't reset the enemy Maus while playing your tier 8 medium or light.

The only 2 I really despise are Crapov and Shitengrad.

As Cragarion said it depends on tank/map combo, but also I feel the players mindset about playing the as their tank or situation demands.

Himmelsdorf, Steppes and Prohkorovka without too much arty (1 is acceptable).

To be fair, I dislike most maps in the game.
