It's traditional in the UK to take your decorations down by Twelfth Night (6th January or Epiphany) to avoid bad luck for the rest of the year so using these patterns after that date would bring you bad RNG.

And look dreadfully crass.

I wish they were not as I don't think I will end up getting any of them without paying for boxes.

Is it really? I live in UK for 11 years now and that's the first time I see someone mentioning this. You learn something every day I guess.

Not that I'm a very traditional man, of course, and if I bothered with any decoration in the first place they would still be there by Easter ... or Halloween.

Also known as 'Little Christmas'....in Ireland known as 'Little women's Christmas'......the idea being that women get a break after looking after everyone for the Christmas period and get a break with the men taking over the household duties on the 6th of January...which includes taking down the Christmas decorations.

They better be permanent, they're the main reason I purchased loot boxes!

How did you complete your camo so quickly? Did you buy many loot boxes, or are you just better at either the game or figuring out how to optimally use the LHC to complete the missing pieces?

Eh all in all bought maybe 75 ~ boxes. But i've finished alot of missions to, and i broke all the leftover stuff on got 16.000 shards which was enough to get me the last V and IV 's from the ones i was close ( Soviet and Chinse ). Now i only need 1 tier V one for the traditional one, hope i fix that today !.

You complete the christmas decoration for each nation ( Soviet decoration , traditional , chinse , and modern ). Once you have collected all the decoration tier 1-5 , you get a camo reward along with some inscriptions and sticker. Press your tree and press the picture book on the right and see what you are missing !
