I am very pleased for the efforts you guys put into restoring the servers, and the celerity in refunding the 2 hours personal reserves that I could not use during the down time. :honoring:

 

I was worried that I wasted money on the +300 % crew exp and credits personal reserves as the servers went down and I could not use it. :(

 

But now I was pleased to se that you refunded me 14 minutes of my 2 hours personal reserves, so if I hurry up I could eventually do 1 tank worthy or maybe 2.

 

Keep up the good work guys, and don't forget to put more of those personal reserves in the shop, they are worth every cent of the money. :girl:

They are quite moronic in the crisis response. OK, servers crashed, s**t happens. Give all the players dunno - 1 day prem time, 50 gold, 3 boxes, whatever, and all would be fine.

I lost 100% exp for 2 hours, 100% crew exp for 2 hours, 300% free exp for 2 hours, and...about 2000 free exp :)

Ok, WG, at least start with excuses afer problems

Maybe players with some perspective on life could start a fund to compensate those who find themselves upset? Have a whip-round and buy them a lollipop to suck while the servers are repaired?

 

It would need to be an independent charity because compensation from WG for a few minutes downtime in a rolling 24 hour service is both unwieldy and complicated. How many false alarms would there be per day for example when a players own internet connection goes down and they send a ticket to WG? Not to mention the times play is going badly and people try to claim compensation for a fake supply fault. I mean, just imagine the number of faked Pingplotter graphs there would be trying to prove downtime occurred when the packet of information was squeezing down the line to WG's local exchange. Unwieldy to say the least.

 

So a lollipop may allow time to reflect on life, how unfair it is, what is it's purpose, and why play a game that makes you stamp you feet? I wonder what flavour would be most popular? Maybe sucking on a lemon would rekindle the upset felt, so stick to the other flavours.

No we should keep buying the stuff in premium shop and suck it up when they waste the virtual goods you exchanged with money. Strangely enough when a company messes up it does something to compensate the clients, you know, we have tools to check if it was our fault (you could find these incredible things in SLA... mind blowing!) :girl:

Step 3: Make a screen shot

Step 4: If servers crash post a ticket with the screenshot

Step 5: Wait for a reply.

Step 6: Realize it was a waste of time

Step 7: Cry deep inside, curse a bit

Step 8: Post on the Forum so we can mock you that your screenshot is Photoshoped

Step 9: Log in tomorrow again like nothing has happened

Step 10: Go to premium shop and spend some cash
