Is there a way to contact the WG by phone or e-mail?

 

I haven't been able to get an answer to a ticket since Christmas. They used to answer tickets instantly in the past. Feels like the EU office and/or support have shortage of personnel.

Probably minimum manning due to holiday period

 

Not here though, 3 of us in today, sat around watching movies :)

It is Christmas (well OK it is over now but still, my point here stands), likely a skeleton crew like said above or no one actually in.

Been waiting since 27th October.  I sent a chase ticket in November that got a reply that they're busy with a backlog & please be patient.  Sent a second chaser yesterday as I think 2 months is taking the piss a bit.

It's the HOLIDAYS Support is always closed over a weekend add to that the holidays and you may have to wait up to a week for a ticket to be answered.

They will have been closed Saturday and Sunday as normal Monday was Christmas day Tuesday was boxing day they probably only got back to work yesterday after 4 days off, normally takes 24 to 48 hours to answer a ticket so that's at least 5 days at best for answer, considering they have 4 days to catch up on more than likely 7 to 8 days, depending on when you put the ticket in.

And they had a server crash yesterday - always good to keep support busy.

I have previously raised a ticket on Christmas Eve and had it answered and resolved by Boxing day

I'm guessing it depends what your issue is.

For example if you sent a ticket demanding a refund of your (probably free) personal reserves due to the server crash, you are probably not in a priority queue.
