Sorry, but you are only offering opinion. It may or may not be truth but that is by no means certain.

You seemed to be claiming that you are bringing truth to the table, rather than merely stating your opinion. It is academic whether you are claiming the video is truth or anything else you have said is truth.

The 'truth' is that Wargaming have their own system for detecting and banning cheats, hence the recent RU Clan and player bans. There is no alternative truth, and I can well imagine why they prefer their own in-house system as they could be swamped by replays being sent in that represent everybody's own version of the truth.

Press battle with 29 others, are any of them using cheat mods?

Don't know and really don't care.

My answer in a nutshell.

Now have a nice day.

Well I guess that's more down to how you interpret things, I don't see it the same way, but I do agree that the wording wasn't perfect.

Still yes there are still cheats in the game and no anti-cheat system can ever pick up and prevent all, there are always ways around it. There is also not surprising that threads like these gets removed/moderated since I don't know of a single game company/publisher that like having cheats displayed on their official forums, it might after all attract new users.

However WG are very bad at PR and communication, their anti-cheating efforts are no exception and even though I understand why they don't want to explain to the ones that got penalized or banned what exactly they did to deserve it, I do think something more than a stonewall would help a lot to avoid confusion, quite a few didn't even know they used something that wasn't allowed in the first place.

I also don't see it as all that surprising that they don't want to get replays sent to them, it takes a ton of costly man-hours to go through that, an automated system costs a bit to develop and implement but after that it works "for free" so to speak.

Lastly, we had that site which listed cheaters by I assume looking at info from the API and cheating was mostly done by below average users and they wouldn't be below average users if the cheats for WoT was giving them a massive advantage. With that in mind I can't say that cheating apart from the minimap notification object destruction cheat bothers me much, they simply don't impact the game that much.
