TD meta has to drastically change. Its making the game stale and boring everyone just hides because they're scared to be snap shotted for 1000+ hp. :sceptic:

Plus always 5 high alpha tds per game at tier x.......

Its disgusting i agree, too many tds in games recently and its not much fun. But WG thinks this in addition to this new trashmatchmaker is good for the game.

The removal of bushes punished everyone imo, TDs and mediums now are all hogging the same 1 usable bush per map and no enemy can sneak past because there is no cover to be used.

 

Bushes were as much of a friend to a heavy than to a light. Without them, half of most maps are unusable and people cant try new positions because there aren't any.

 

People also wont push beyond the 1 usable bush because theres nowhere else for them to go.

 

And when you think that half the vehicles in game are designed to use bushes and not armour, its no wonder things got very stale.

Its just not much fun to be sniped by high alpha (560+) td guns and in my opinion these guns should have never been implemented. 750 Alpha or more should be a rare thing but WG decided otherwise. I would appreciate a global rebalance of alpha among all tank classes and things like 183 should get trashed completely or moved to a special derp gamemode  :trollface:

Yes, reduce damage and increase top speed and traverse speed so TD's can on an equal basis take on medium and heavy tanks in a fist fight. Of course that won't be acceptable because with the majority of these threads 'do something' is just code for you 'make the game easier'.

Aren't they in danger of making every vehicle in game exactly the same if they start making major changes to specialist classes?

TD's are not the problem!!!!!

This is purely down to the screwed up matchmaking! (Though the Skorpion, should certainly be mentioned...)

I have virtually stopped playing most of my tier 8 premiums because of it!

I play my charrioteer at tier 8 mostly.

Mainly because I like it!

But mostly because it can actually pen tier X tanks without premium!

So many tier X Battles. 

I will continue to play this game cos it is still good. 

However the blatant, money grabbing tactics of the developers, have not only ruined the balance, of the randoms.

They have utterly ruined the incredibly well thought out tier 8 skirmish dynamic that used to be such an amazing way to get involved with a good clan!

Defender... (Hey WG I have a great idea how to make a fast buck! Though it may destroy a core dynamic that is essential for the games core success...)

Hey WG!

How is the clan system going???

Is it dying???

Is it cos u introduced tanks like the Defender that screw up a team with a good plan, cos of the op unreliable rng surrounding that thing like a force field from Star trek???

 

Or is it because your sanitising things so much by trying to balance to death, the few really interesting fun tanks that were a joy to play?

 

Or maybe... IT IS ALL OFF THESE THINGS!!!! 

 

Yes! 

Every new developer wants to make their own mark! 

But PLEASE! 

 

MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT USING CRAYONS!!! FFS!!!

TD meta? We got a HT or more correctly a super HT meta going on,TD's if anything needs buffing, especially the ones lacking a turret.

If arty did not exist? Then everyone would complain about TD's!!!!

 

Arty is still immensely irritating due to the stun dynamic... 

But in reality it has been castrated by a donkey with a very blunt & rusty spoon.

Is playing all the classes Fun now???

Espessially the developers that are eating them...

dpm + gold ammo is btter than something that can skulk at the back off the map then blast you for nearly all your health so you have to hide the rest of the game.

Edited . If Edited passive players can't sit and click they will flock to the next closest thing which is high tier easy play blaster td's.

You are part of the problem with your e25, Skorpion G, SU-122-44 and WZ-120-1G FT... not mentioning the the T67 you play also ( purely for grinding reasons ofc )

Actually, the problem is the small maps, long range of arties and high viewranges of heavies.

If this was adressed;

-arties would actually have to move from time-to-time, exposing themselves to fire, if they found a bad spot

-light tanks could spot

-heavies would have to go through areas with a lot of cover

-heavies wouldn't have to all share one single corridor

-meds could flank

-lights could flank

-Paper TDs wouldn't have to sit in their base to be able to camo-up

-TDs and sniper-meds wouldn't all sit in one bush

 

Shall I go on?
