I'm driving my Bat 25t ap and get into a corner fight with a WZ-132A.

After some exchanging of fire I am left with 2 rounds in my autoloader and we stare down each other a bit.

At a certain point I decide to reload my clip, he INSTANTLY rushes me and doesn't even attempt to retreat again.

Is this stuff even legal?

edit: yeah I think it was just coincidence.

That is not legal. But I am not sure if mods have that information from the client or not.

A) replay or it didn't happen

B) for all you know he might have been gathering courage all along and you made a move that showed you were definitely reloading.

My guess is that when you didnt rushed him with a clip loaded he guesses you would be reloading. If it really is a mod that would not be good.

Bad luck, he can't know if you are reloading or not. That information is not sent to other clients only between your client and server.

Wrong. There is a mod for that. Aging Jedi has shown a replay that was sent to him with that mod on it and it's cheating. Simple as.

Or he thought, because you didn't shoot anymore, that perhaps you were reloading & so charged in. Which coincidences with the fact you decided to reload a clip.

I have seen this mod too. tho it only works for single shot guns. autoloaders once they fully empty a clip. i dont think it can tell if you force reload tho.

could be coincidence, but the instant timing just makes it feel sooooooo suspicious.

If you guys know for sure that this kind of mod exists, you must also use this kind of mods....

Also there is no such thing as ''replay with that mod on it''. A replay just records the actions taken in game by the players, if you look at a replay of someone who had XVM installed on a machine that does not have XVM you won't see the colored player lists and other features.

I wonder who is the biggest cheater here, that guy in the WZ-132A or you guys who seem to be so sure about the existence of those mods and how they work....

" Modifications that alert you when spotted vehicles are reloading or show enemy vehicles’ reloading timers."

That's easy to do with 1 shell veicles. When you get hit, your client get the information on wich tank hit you, so you can simply add a timer based on the best DPM possible.

But with autoloader, youhave to get hit by a full clip to have the information that it's reloading, but this is not the case.

Note that the reload information is not shared by the server, but is deducted by the mod based on other information shared.
