I've players in the clan who doesn't comes to stronghold and doesn't make what I order. I don't have any tool in my hand to control him. That would be handful to set him gain less xp and credit for limited time as penalty. Thoughts? Any other observation or idea about this?

''Doesn't make what I order''

Are you sure that's not because they don't understand what you're asking them to do?

Anyway, you can set them to reservist and they will not receive clan bonuses (e.g credits and xp) if you have clan boosters active. Or you just kick them.

FC's that FC because they like power over players rather than focusing on team play usually don't end up being good FC's imo. Just saying.

You can demote him to reservist, then he will not profit from bonuses activated by the Clan.

Is he not obeying your orders because he does not understand, because you are a bad FC, or because of your attitude?

Or are you blaming FC failings on this player because he is someone you took a dislike to?

If your going to set him to reservist then simply kick him, but be honest and talk to him about it and make sure you treat EVERY clan member the exact same. In my experience, clan FC's and clan commanders who treated players with respect usually got a lot more effort from the players than the ones with different rules for different players/nationalities/stats.

Anyone set as a reservist in a clan is probably better off simply leaving the clan and putting the anal retentive members of that clan on a block list.

You want to punish your clan mates by reducing xp and credit gain because they don't do stronghold?

Ok, you got me there. You are definitely one massive ...

OP is exactly the reason why I'm never again even considering joining any "serious" clan :) Thank you for reminding me how stuck up, pretentious and bossy some of the clans out there can be, even those that have 49.12% average winrate.

THIS ... Thanks but no thanks, I'm fine freelancing and I've set any and all clan appeals I receive

to be declined by default. If you ever need me to fill in a blank spot in a skirmish, add me to your

friendlist and drop me a call, when I'm available I'll respond, when I'm not I won't. Same logic would

apply if Wargaming were ever to allow the option for legionaries to participate in clan-specific fights.

As for the problem the OP is having "to deal with" (LOOOOL)... most people have higher-ups

in real life bossing 'em around 24/7 and the last thing they need is having a higher-up bossing

'em around 24/7 in a game they're playing because they want to relax or vent frustration. If your

clanmembers don't want to participate in clan activities, there's no way in hell you can make

them do it. Worst case scenario, you openly confront them in an attempt to force your rules

upon them, and they simply leave or get kicked.

Not much else you can do to them but kick them, and not much else they got to lose then a

random and rather easily dispensable tag next to their username, it's as simple as that.

sounds as if someone already has used the "retardative" option on you.

Since you are an Exec, I'm pretty sure you can kick players you don't like.

But I find it highly likely that they don't listen to you because you are bad FC. I didn't meet many of them, but I knew two FCs who would get better results by just shutting up and letting players play on their own. After enough time, I would explicitly refuse playing with them, going so far as asking "who's leading" immediately after joining SH and leaving if notorious nick was the answer.

If they joined your clan to try and get bonuses for free without contributing anything then just kick them out and make room for someone that does want to put the effort in.

kick them out or show them love if they participate... doing nothing is what you are doing now.  Your clan has 68 members... members come and go.  concentrate on active recruiting and get a few more willing players.
