Guys where can I download new mods because after this update they are not working, or do I just need to change something in folder to make them work again ?

Have to wait for the mods to be updated and then download the new ones, this is common after every patch.

You dont have to download anything new lol, just rename the folders. Super basic. That is like 90% of the work of updating a modpack to full new versions of the game anyways lol.

And this is exactly why I decided to finally go vanilla a couple patches ago... I mean all I've recently used mods for is moving crews and equipment automatically between standard and premium tanks, but with micro patches and micro-revisions of micro patches coming seemingly every 3 days it's more of a hassle to try and keep the mod packs running than it is to do the stuff manually that the mods would automate for me...

i agree. micro-patches really don't require a total new folder imo. But i guess it's also some cheat-mod detergent. At some point people with just stop bother with installing mods i guess.

You go to mods folder... copy the contents of the old folder into the new one that's already there. Then go to res mods and do the same and then delete the old ones. (which in this case is called 9.21.0.2) You should have copied all the files from that folder into the new one called 9.21.0.3 first lol.

Simples!

Edit.. or as others have said, rename 9.21.0.2 to 9.21.0.3 and then delete the spare they give you.

That's why you don't use XVM-based mods; they almost always work.

Alternatively, you could try playing without them, if you are up to it:)

Just a thought...

Why use mods? They dont really offer anything.

WG gives you all you need to know. Viewrange, direction of hits etc.

They do now but they never used to,

it's only recently they added a lot of the more popular mods to the vanilla game.

Why use mods ? To see how potato is my team so I know how hard to I need to carry them? Or I see 45%IS7 in my T-54 so I know I can farm him coz he is a noob ? Or to see how much armor does evemy have when I aim at him ?

And it also make you give up before the game begins. "oh noes. hey have better player! might aswell do nothing"

And besides it happens very often that it is the "tomato" who end up carrying you thru the game, by doing tons of dmg, or picking the kills.

XVM users should be insta banned imo. you are so annoying "look i got xvm i shall now judge my team!"

Better server reticle (more hits) Less clicks in garage, session statistics, player skill

No they don't...i don't want to have to move crews and binocs and cammo nets around all the time...that's why I use qb's modpack...and I want to actually see the server reticle...because it makes a huge difference when you actually see the server reticle live in battle compared to the client reticle...that's why I use circon's modpack.

For ease of use in garage, having 100+ tanks and having to switch crews and equipment around all the time gets tedious. Also having more detailed stats in garage is useful. Previously there used to be a lot more that mods did but most of it has been incorporated into the client. Still some work to do, though.

I used to use it too, but in time you learn to adjust your aim accordingly, so I've given up on circon's server reticle thingy. Just always aim ahead of fast moving targets.
