Soon I will get enough xp to unlock JPZE 100 and it will be my second tier X tank if I decide to get it. (I already own E100 and did some 1k battles with it and I loved it). I used 30% discount on JPZE 100 from christmas event and it will cost me about 4 million instead normal 6. So should I do it? Is it worth it? I was told that its quite bad tank but its also fun when it works...So guys advice please? Maybe JPZE 100 will be replaced/rebalanced in the future so maybe its worth it. Tell me what you think.

Well it kinda fits into the line, the lower/mid tiers are way more mobile and rely less on armor like the higher tiers, but I wouldn't say it makes little sense to have it in the place it is and in the line it is, so I don't think it would be reworked due to not fitting into the line (which seem to be WG's new favorite way of balancing). I'd say it's a meme tank, one time you get lucky and blast someone for 1k, the next time you miss and the next time you get tracked and killed. You got the fear factor of the gun, but as soon as you fire you got a lengthy reload that screams free kill, sure the tank ain't uber bad, but it's not something that will carry you to the "heavens" either and I wouldn't personally pick it as my second tier X tank. Still you'll most likely enjoy it, but perhaps not if you play it over and over again, then you might feel a bit frustrated.

Nope its a waste of time , (Got it and i hate it)  its to slow no turret ..just horrible , apart from that you get the occasional hit that wipes out a heavy ..lol

I've never played it. But from what I've seen from watching others play it. The TD isn't something that suits my gameplay. I really hate to camp & let tanks move into my shot. I like to out think & out play the enemy. Doesn't happen often as my gameplay is often wreckless. But now & again I've single handidly turned the tide of a  battle by doing something so stupid, that the enemy didn't think anyone would do it & I got behind them all. Forced them to turn around, focusing on me & getting themselves killed in the process. Cant do that with a JPze E100

It can be fun, but for me, there was a lot more frustration. Missing a fully aimed shot, with a 20 second reload? Get's a bit tedious, very quickly. It can be fun wrecking opponents with one shot, and bounces well in the right position. But it's too situational and team dependent, and if your caught alone, you're boned if the red's are competent in any way. I would avoid.

yesterday i had a game where enemy jgpz and arty were outplayed by 2 surviving arties... so, is it crap? Ive seen it delete op tanks with ease... is it OP? Do what you like, if you like it, take it.

Nah its bad my all time worst performing tank, but do have some stinkers.
Its just the meta of that tank that is almost Maus standard armor but can not twist turret and has a huge lower plate.
The slow reload often gets you packed and gold & top tiers love that frontal super structure.
Because of the alpha most players just want it gone quick just in case, so it really attracts gold.
Also that stupid weak machine gun on top really bugs me as it also looks completely out of place.

Its really poor compared to some other TD's not that I am much of a TD player.

It is quite bad , on paper it gets alot of armor , but it doesnt really work in practice since the superstructure is made of almost flat armor plates on either side of the gun just like previus tanks in the line , the only diffrence is that now at tier 10 everyone you face as the ability to go straight true it with the press of the 2 key. Alot of tier 8-9's struggle to go true the Ferdinands or the Jagdtigers superstructure with prem ammo , so they tend to be more realible hulldown ( Ferdinand is somewhat a coinflip ).

TL;DR, the armor doesnt make up for the slow speed , not even close , and the gun is pure derp.

Buy it just because you have the discount.

That's all the actions you have to do with it.
Dont put a crew, equip or anything... don't waste any more money or time on it.

I guess it's not worth it after all but too bad that I used 30% discount on it and not on something else like IS-7 (since I have T-10)

Yeah that was quite sad , since the IS-7 is now one of the better and more fun tier 10's in the game. ( recently buffed )

Ye, but I don't like it. IS-7 gun looks like huge let down to me since I am used to E100s xD

You should get it just for one reason, whenever you get sick of badgers, get into JPZ load HEAT and pretty much autoaim :D

I havent played mine much, just for a few battles, too many things to grind, so i dont really have that much time to play tier 10s. but i guess last battle was the funniest one - on sand river shot a base camping bush from my own base twice, took out a full HP fv 215b 183 lol :D distance of shots was over 500m :) So i guess u can have some fun in it sometimes and armor is better than on E100.

The only frustrating thing is that, whenever you push one flank with it and game is over, forget about dmg farming, just because you are too slow to get any. So far i have found that its quite hard to do constant dmg with it due to low mobility

seems to situational for my liking, yeah you can blast tanks for half or 3/4's of their health but then you have the long [edited]reload and also it's slow and huge making flanking quite easy unless your in a tight corridor.

With all the incoming armour of 0.9.22, one of the 17cm/183mm is a must. Get it and spam HEAT to those retarded armour. Make them suffer pls. I will get to it too, as to FV4005.
