Because there is a big MM discussion topic I figured a poll would be best to see what the community wants.

The one thing I want is with the new tank rating system is a MM based on tank rating.
Its a tank rating MM not just SBMM.
Its a bandpass filter that is centered on first in and is adaptive as it relaxes with queue time.
This creates natural variation based on current population.
Should be in the battle options and you take a slight hit on XP & creds if you play it.

As an average player it would be Goodbye bots and seal clubbing unicums, to be honest just as long as I escape the obvious bots wow that would be cool :)

Fix your poll, you can vote for multiple options on some questions.

I made a similar poll last year; opinions were split, but its likely that changes in pattern prioritization is the most likely fix.
Not perfect, but the closest to what Wargaming should aim for -  making changes that don't cater specifically to one player bracket, but rather pissres off everyone the least, of offers benefits and downsides for both.

Alas, 3-5-7 is here to stay, it has enormous business potential. Casuals won't care too much, more dedicated players are "forced" to T9/10 and/or use excessive amounts of premium ammo to remain somewhat competitive even as bottom tier. Playing support is no fun if you want to win.

I'd prefer 5-10 -> 15 -> 3-5-7 -> other, to what we have today and a few tanks need to be weighted a bit differently, perhaps it's time to introduce a Super HT weight class, which would balance our corridor and city fights a bit better.

We don't really need better MM.

 

MM up to tier 5 is kind of ok. The problems start with tier 6 tanks that meet tier 8 where most of the broken tanks are and the problem that tier 8s are just as much cannon fodder to some +1 tier and all +2 tiers. Reducing the hitpoint jump by half would already be a start then you can adjust dpm on tier 9 and 10 tanks accordingly and slightly reduce stats like ground resistance and aimtime but not more than 10%. Just an idea i had in mind for a while.

what kind of skillbased matchmaker do you mean? one where both teams get around the same level of skill per tier? or one where badplayers can only meet bad players and unicums only unicums?

For me +/- 2 tiers is fine. I just want to be top tier in about 1/3 of battles, that's all.

why on earth do you want skill based MM when 80% of player base is below average? you want to remove those 20% from game?

I think the first one. The second one is not realistic.

I dont want it but check the MM topic. I just want to see how the players see it.
