So Wargaming has seemingly secretly decreased all credit rates without an announcement after removing Holiday Ops from the game and "returning to normal".

I first noticed this after playing 2h of premium tanks with a +50% credit reserve and only racking up around 800k profit after 20-ish battles.

Secondly I noticed that in the after implementing the "test of new tier 10 strongholds in 10vs10 format" the credit rates were also insanely reduced. As before we'd earn about 100k-200k profit after a win with a clan credit booster but oddly enough I manage to barely break even after this...

I will drop 2 replays here, 1 before Holiday Ops (so it doesn't have the +48% boost) and one after...

http://wotreplays.eu...3555856#details - Before Holiday Ops (Game lost)

http://wotreplays.eu...4099351#details - After Holiday Ops (Game won)

You will see that in the game before Holiday Ops I racked up 100k credits with a premium account (gross income) and in the game after Holiday Ops I also racked up 100k credits (gross income) but in the case of a win and at the same time being top XP (300 more base).

Hoping for a hotfix fast before the upcoming patch because I would like to grind money for the new tanks now.. Not after they have been released and pay double the money for them..

Confirmation bias. I have no problems with earning money

LUL, how's that tinfoil hat keeping you warm?

Nothing has changed, don't be crazy.

I love how you fail to mention that you did more damage AND 1000 more spotting damage in the first game.

Also, they're different tanks that might have different credit multipliers.

Seems like no matter what WG is doing, they are doing it wrong.

Be happy you even got +48% credits for Xmas and enjoy the game.

Instead of this stuff...

Considering one of the replay is titles "hacker".. I think we will stop there. Tinfoil works?

Then again two different tanks for starters. As the base income vs damage is not the same for all.  And 100K for more or less the same damage + assist on one. My CDA 105 made the same before the special, as it did today. So I notice zero difference on any of my premiums.

You don't get a flat income pr damage point. How you deal that damage is a factor to. As you lose 50% credit pr point for doing damage on others spotting for starters. So if you do damage on others spotting in a support role one game. And play aggressive, get several initial spots, inc on arty "as that's 2x credit bonus vs a normal tank", do damage on your own spotting and cap. You will get way more of 3K vs on your support round. So unless your style is 100% the same on all your 20 games. It will variate. And going by your replays, you press 2 often based on your ammo cost. So if that spikes to, you can't expect to earn more vs if you do it less.

So, after holiday ops you got 35k less credits earned because you spammed 40k worth of premium ammo? You know, there's delusional, and then there's...:child:

You did more assistance damage in the match before ops and after ops your ammo cost was twice as high.

Shoot less gold.

simple as it is, tier 7 loosing credits = they play with it every time they want.

Wait ... you had 48% for a whole month and now you want to grind credits ? What have you been doing during that month ?

While there is no tinfoil nerf happening, i wouldnt at all be surprised if the actual reason (or one of the reasons) why WG did all the +48% credits/xp was to achieve increased gold spam during event, hoping/expecting that afterwards people will continue the goldspam or will simply feel like they get shitty progress compared to before and will thus be way more likely to be buying premium account, premium tanks, gold and what not.

I think you have uncovered a significant secret in WG, you need to watch yourself and keep safe from the WG ninja assassins, they have undercover agents everywhere .  Maybe in your family, watching you play.... keeping tabs on you

Different battles give different credits and XP. OMG hold the front page

Right, as I see both of you aren't even trying to use your brains here... I was talking about the gross income* not even the profit amount....

And it just boggles my mind how games with such little difference, other than the win/loss, make the same same amount of credits.. What's the point of even winning then?

* - Later edited to gross income as I didn't know the translation before and had to look it up.

I was using it more for grinding out new lines that I didn't have,  not credits as I didn't know A MONTH AGO that 2 lines that I had already grinded out were being moved to tier 9 and new tier 10s were being introduced. After I got to know I saw it  as a way for me to profit if I purchase the tanks now as WG will also grant the tier 9 version of the tank...

There's not just a little difference, there's quite a lot. The lost game you did 4727 combined, the won one you only did 3475 combined.

That's what I think too. And I think there was a specific reason why they gave us as high bonus as 48% too.

"You liked that 48% bonus? Can't afford things you got used to over the last month? Well, the bonus is gone now, but why won't you try out our premium account instead? But wait, instead of 48% it gives you 50%, so it's even better."

I did it the other way around. Figured I could always grind stuff with the usual bonusses we get throughout the year and focussed on credits grinding all event. Bought a Type 5 Heavy, Leopard 1 and FV 4005 and went from 1 mil to now 15 million on my acount.

Of course... Not sure who predicted it, but right on cue (well 1 day past due date I suppose).
