I recently found out, that the S-51 is too slow in case of the data sheet.
If we look at the data sheet from the KV-2 and the S-51 we see the following:

KV-2(fully upgraded)
WEIGHT/LOAD LIMIT: 53.10 / 60.80 t
ENGINE POWER: 600 hp
SPECIFIC POWER: 11.32 hp/t
TOP SPEED: 35 km/h

S-51(fully upgraded)
WEIGHT/LOAD LIMIT: 49.71 / 52.50 t
ENGINE POWER: 600 hp
SPECIFIC POWER: 12.07 hp/t
TOP SPEED: 30 km/h

So we see the following.... while the KV-2 has more weight as the S-51 while having the same amount of horse power it still has a higher top speed. But why? Even the engine power per ton is better than the KV-2. This probably needs to be changed.

Different hull, different balance, different...

It's a game.

KV-2 has to actually play the game while S-51 is just point and click? Ring a bell?

Dude...THERE IS 9.22 TEST SERVER OUT THERE...THAT ABOMINATION OF PATCH...and you discuss the top speed of an arty compared to the stop speed of a heavy tank...

Horsepower per tonne has nothing to do with top speed.  It's an artificial limit set for balance.

S-51 isn't based off the KV-2, but rather the KV-1S with even higher top speed (40km/h). However, things tend to be somewhat different when you slap that giant gun in a makeshift mount on top of the tank. There's no lack of tanks with some sort of speed governor, which tends to be rather useful if you want a tank to last quite a bit longer.

I will, however, support the 40km/h top speed if it also gets a more realistic ammo load. M12 and (M53/)M55 gets 20 shells in WoT; but real-life capacity was ten rounds. WoT might not be historical, but prepare for the backlash if you want it to be.
