Here I was yesterday, busting my behind to complete 25 wins in Tier 8 premiums. For some reason I was confident that missions will work exactly like last time - that is the  25th win will unlock the XP bonus mission.

The plan was to put a fresh commander (maybe bought with gold even) together with some more (but not much) experienced crew, so that the commander jumps from 0 to 80%+ on the first skill.

Imagine my schock after 25th win, when I got the bonus applied to a crew that has 5 skills.

Now, I know "is only a game", but I'm so pissed right now, that I will skip playing this BS event this weekend altogether. I was planning the complete the mission twice, but after this fail they can shove their mission up their @$$.

One can argue that it is my fault that I haven't checked this in the atrocious missions menu, and probably if I did that I would probably have figured it out. But I don't care - I full expect that if they repeat the same event, it should work exactly the same.

Yeah and in the past you could complete tier 8 missions with a tier 2 cause of the two sets of missions sharing tokens.

They changed how the missions worked because so many people whined about having misplaced their exp cause it only applied after 25 battles.

I am confused. When is the xp amount actually applied? With the 25th victory or with the very next game AFTER the 25th victory?

The biggest issue is that there are no such missions for tier 9s. Hell even tier 10s got the mission -_- which is pointless

On the 25th victory as it states.

Previously,,,, it stated you had to "win 25 battles" then play "a battle" to get the reward.

With 25th victory. Previously it was the very next game after.

I wonder how they will implement it next. Perhaps 24th battle? 27th? Second game after losing on Overlord?

It was like this the last time as well, as I complained about the change then when I assumed that it was 25+1 as before that.

Very first time they ran the mission it gave the XP on mission 25.  Then they introduced the new user interface and it became 26th game but with text that still said 25th.  I think it's just that they've fixed it to work how it was always supposed to work.

You might be right, there was I think one event I skipped. Nevertheless, "good job" Wargaming.

Well if you cant be bothered to read the simple description of the mission what can one say? Hardly WG's fault is it if they post the terms of the mission?
