will I get the new obj430 as tier 9 in patch 9.22 if I have obj430 version II researched and also bought in my garage?

If you have the 430 right now you should get the new 430U and the 430 on tier 9.

still more than a week to grind out obj 430, so start grinding, otherwise u will have to start all over again from T44 :D

if you ONLY have the Obj 430 II, as in the current tier 9 in the garage and nothing more? Then no, nothing will happen and you won't get the new tier 9. As the 430 II will remain where it is in the tech tree.

 

To get the new tier 9, you will need to own the tier X leading from the 430 II now. And own it. If you don't get your 430 II grind done before next patch, you will have to research it via the T-44 instead later.
