Does reporting pushing, even with a replay attached still do anything?

Normally, if someone is trying to cheat the system by way of things not covered by the automated system (deliberate pushing of allied tanks out of cover, shoving off cliffs, into water, etc) you would report it and send a replay, but now on the report system, you are required to click not just that you understand that CS will not investigate team kills, but that they will not investigate any unsportsmanlike conduct either.

Does that include or exclude such actions?

Reporting as in the in game report feature or by ticket? If its the in game report feature. That's nothing more than a novelty item used for cry babies that vent their anger at you not doing what they told you to do. Like you have to follow orders or your not allowed to camp. People keep getting suspensions because cry babies abuse the system & WG don't do anything about it. So, do what I do. Write down their name if they do such a thing. Next time you see them on your team. REVENGE!

By ticket. Sorry I was not clear. Not exactly any way to send a replay using the in game system (particularly with the match still in progress at the time lol), though, so I would have thought it obvious which reporting method I meant.

Why on earth would you write them down?

Blacklist is for exactly that reason.

missread,

No i believe you need to send in a replay when using the support ticket,

the in-game system works without replay as the replay is automatically saved on the games servers then examined by a gm before any action is taken if necessary.

Nope.

Use the in game system.

Report for U.C.

Move on to the next game.

Accumulating X # of reports is the only way the system will warn/ban.

If it starts to wig you out, take a break.

This doesn't fall under UC, it goes under ingame abusive behaviour and isn't handled by the automatic system.

Make a ticket and send along the replay, with a spot of luck he gets a bit more than a warning.

You can only guess though as they won't tell the punishment he receives, you only get noticed wheter or not your complaint was accepted.

They believe that their glorious automated  systems covers all the things that happen in the game, so sending in replays is entirely pointless. The support also lies at you whenever they talk about the "appropriate steps taken", as the matchcounts of the players you report still raise after a report.
Conclusion: Stop bothering. Report them ingame and be done with it.

no, they do not ... but it is simply not possible to watch every replay they get ...  and WG is not going to hire hundreds of ppl to watch replays of which 95-99% are BS anyway
