HEAT can bounce and pen another target?

Just penned a OHO like this with a HEAT shell:

I thought HEAT couldnt bounce of something and than pen another part?

HEAT also has auto-bounce angle, so, I guess it is possible to bounce off and continue it's path till it finds something else in it's path,

although I can't recall something like this, but still I have penned a tanks drive wheel, and still damaged the tank at angles that wasn't very likely to do so.

Sure it can, the angle for autobounce for HEAT just is 85 degrees so it nearly never happens. The angle of your shot seems very, very close to 90 so it qualifies.

HEAT can bounce at 85°, but I can't recall if it get the pen 20% reduction as AP(CR)...
