Come on WG, a tournament to give away ONLY 12 tanks as gifts/awards (and some gold)?
OK, it is a mini tournament out of the "February Specials" ... but still, it is too little & too targeted (not for average players and below).
Edit: I have an idea (I think it is better than mini tournaments full of cheaters & exploiters), once per month make a lottery for 10-20 (or even more) active players (last week or month) and give to the winners the opportunity to choice a tank from a list of premium tier VI-VIII tanks ...
... additionally, you can expand the number of the lucky players with other gifts (gold, modules, premium days, reserves, etc.).
You can name it "WoT Monthly Lottery"...

If you are talking to me, I have to notice:
1) I already have this tank.
2) Do you really believe that you have even the slightest chance to win one of the ONLY 12 tanks? ...
... there are so many Pro and Unicum Players out there (I do not mean cheaters) who will win this tournament without even sweat a little.
3) A Lottery just gives the same chances/possibilities to every player to win something.

1. good for u. Why the tears then? Why would you want every bot had it? Bad player in a light tank is always worse than bad player in an arta/heavy for example
2. Ofc I have a chance. It is rather small, but it is still there. And I believe that chance is bigger than to win it with a lottery. And I do not start a thread because of that.
3. WG gave that "gift box" lottery. What was rong with that? Yes, it was not free, but show me a lottery whitch actually gives free tickets?

1. thanks but no thanks
2. who would want that crapanyway?
3. I think 12 is too much, give 0,5 tanks

When we make tournaments or special tournaments the goal is not to "giveaway" or to throw it out. Tournaments should be competitive part of the game and winners and people who climb high enough will earn rewards.
Just a little while ago there was no tournaments for new tanks, then we added and gave away 3, then we increased it 4 times and it's still "c'mon wargaming ONLY...".
My main point here is, this is a reward for an accomplishment. We do not aim to give tanks for free to as many players as possible. The main goal is to have fun while competing.
If you are not happy with competition and you'd rather have raffles/giveaways/lotteries, I think you've found a wrong place to complain about it.
If you have some relevant feedback which concerns the tournament itself, I'll be more than happy to listen to anything you have to say.
Best regards

Hey guys,
When you click on the link in the news it redirects you to the tournaments page where all tournaments are displayed. Now in this list you need to choose which one you want to register for.
All "Get even" tournaments should be shown on the list on tournament page but if you can't find them here are the links:
2v2 https://worldoftanks...nts/5000000611/
3v3 https://worldoftanks...nts/5000000612/
5v5 https://worldoftanks...nts/5000000613/
Let me know if you need any additional assistance,
Cheers!

1. You're welcome
2. Whoever wants it
3. Interesting concept, however we haven't found a way to split a tank in half (just yet).
Cheers

Mate, MY main point here is that the same few dozens players (Pro & Unicums) always take all the prices, in every tournament/contest, no matter how hard the other (the average) players will try.
You (as WG) need to find some other ways to make the average players (like me) to massively participate in the various tournaments/contests/events ...
... as I previous said in older posts about events/contests ... "We need funny events, like the 'Chaffee Race', even without any rewards at all", we need fun, not contests in which we know from the very beginning that we have not even the slightly chance to win (the contest).
