It's a clan wars reward tank and clan wars don't show up in your battle count.

that is weird.

A reroll would lose CW tanks.

643 battles total in a T8 prem with 100% XP boosts would probably not be enough to obtain enough FXP to buy a tier 10 for a T10 campaign neither.  Credits is no issue obviously since that can be bought, unlike FXP.

Maybe he played team battles that do not show up in service record (battle count) and that got him the FXP to convert for a tier 10.

As far as I remember in case of account reset you get to keep your premium tanks and gold. Technically speaking those CW reward tanks are "premium", so you should be able to keep them if you do reset your account.

I'm too lazy to go check out the exact rules from the campaigns, but it's also possible that a person in question made a deal some of the top clans just to receive the tank.

You get to keep premium tanks, not reward tanks.

So CW tanks, and Personal Mission tanks, which are reward tanks, do not stay.

You do make a good point about possibly this player getting into a top clan for 10 battles in 2016 campaign to qualify for a clan license.

I think it's a graphics glitch caused by too little peanut butter on your GPU.

Don't worry, there's an easy fix. All you need to do is rub some all over your screen and take the screenshot again. The pb will absorb into your rig and fill it with much needed nutrients. If it doesn't work immediately, try pressing some directly on the GPU cooler.
