Hello commanders!

 

This is the thread where you can leave your questions for our Community Q/A stream with Andrey Biletskyi (Creative Director, design) which is planned for 2/3/2018 (18:00-20:00).

Please, keep in mind that the stream will be dedicated to the upcoming update 1.0, and so should be your questions.

 

This thread has been created as "feedback thread", that means that you will be able to see only your own posts here. That was done in order to keep the thread tidy and gathering of the questions easy. Once we finish questions gathering, we will make all the posts visible to everyone to keep it transparent.

 

You have time to submit questions till Wednesday, February 28th 2018, 15:00 CET.  
After that, we will lock the thread, make all the posts visible and pick some of the questions that will be answered directly during the live stream.

Will you introduce photo-realistic textures (4k and 8k) on vehicles and on to the maps? (To be able to see even the dust particles on the vehicle)

The maps seem to have been made more flat with the update, don´t you think that this is a indirect buff to tanks with poor gun depression such as the Russian Mediums? Tanks that are really good as they are right now, and a nerf to tanks that rely on their gun depression to keep them safe, one example being the Centurion AX.

1. Will be any changes on mods integration system with WoT client?
2. Will be there any new steps or procedures to prevent players from using illegal mods?
3. Is there plans to add new maps beside the maps on the test server now?

For update 1.0,will WG provide some tutorial video about hot to adjust graphics settings?

If there have a plan about this ,i hope WG could provide some useful compare that show us what it will looks like if i change this setting and the impact about FPS or GPU loader.

E.g: some image that compare highest texture setting and lowest texture setting.

What is your plan towards the older removed maps, will they be made into HD, or just stay removed.

While graphic changes in 1.0 look awesome, a lot of the maps seem to be flattened out a lot, for example the hill on Prokharovka/Fiery Salient, which has been halved. What is the reason behind this change and what are you trying to achieve this way.

When reading trough the Q&A that was with the RU CC's I came across a line about prem ammo, which will be made credits only. Can you explain why, and lift the tip of the planned changes, or perhaps name some options.

Since you're bringing back re-balanced Province, will you bring back other old removed maps after 1.0? 
Will the amount of new maps increase after 1.0?

Will you buff those tanks which nobody wants to play? Just like the Churchill GC and KV13?

Will players who used to play with the settings dialed to minimum have trouble playing after the patch?

 

(For instance, I am temporarily playing on a computer with a 3rd gen Pentium, no discrete GPU, and 4 GB of RAM)
