Hey,

first of all, I know that what I've encountered is only my mistake and no one else,

but these psysics in-game for light tanks (fast tanks) are getting more sillier...

In screenshot below somehow my vehicle overturned (yep, at fullspeed, I know I should slow down etc.) on a *censured* smallest rock on the map. How could possibly 15t vehicle jump to 0,3m and lose control over that rock???

Sadly, that didn't happened me for the first time, I overturned even with an IS-3 on a rock I couldn't see behind a bush. It's easy to judge that all of that is my fault, but consider how could vehicle with weight of few tones possibly fly and unfortunately land not on straight terrain and lose control? How???

LOL...you hit one of the few obstacles you can hit on an open field....i agree that sometimes flipping doesn't make sense but still...

I cannot zoom in enough but is it a French lt ? You do need to be careful in these and you will

flip at the start until you adjust

What i noticed is that if you land on your roof there's no way to unflip you. Turret has no collision model.

I'm more annoyed by small mounds of dirt completely halting my tank if it's right under it. You'd think a tank would slide off it at some point - nope. :D

The French lights are really bad for flipping. Think the AMX 12t was the worst one for me anyway, still good fun though

Well as everyone always claims Russian bias, it may be that the developers have seen flying T-80s at various demonstrations....I know they are lighter than Western MBTs but I personally was quite amazed when I first saw a T-80 take to the air. (plenty of clips on the web)

I found you cannot just press W and drive you need to make effort - possibly why some heavy drivers struggle :P

If you have a look on google/youtube you'll find plenty of pics/videos of real tanks flipping on their sides or even on their roof.

I thought WG was smoking something when my Pz1c went flying, but after seeing some vids of real tanks, maybe they're not too far off...

yeah, its 13 75, but you can't possibly watch for every terrain detail when you're trying to spot something.. and in that case I just went to the air and landed on a side track (didn't even hit that bigger rock) and flipped...

and imagine, spotters going at 30kmh speed every game cause they don't want to flip...that's pretty silly for me

funny, but a bit annoying tho when you consider how they are easily lifting off the ground

sometimes even happens that guys they're coming to save you ended up destroying themself because they cannot flip you and get damage from flipped tank "weight"

It's strange that such a small bumb can make your tank flip. Not like in the real world.. :P

Tanks back then didn't really drive that fast. As shown in the video if driven hard their is a lot of momentum behind it. So when the tracks either get too much traction or in this case dig in it's like a motorcyclist having a highsider. If the game was even halfway realistic we would have flipped tanks left and right, tracks and suspensions would break because everyone and his dog drives like a madman.

Forget the physics, just dont drive into rocks but please tell me WHY don't you use the (view) range cirkels? One of the most useful minimap features, WHY?

I frontflipped my elc even 90 when going over a ridge and braking on the down slope. It happens and you just have to keep in mind that it can happen. And don't forget to laugh when it happens.

The devs are trolling us. They positioned certain small rocks just so you get in to them. Some are hidden in bushes some are at the base of small hills and so on. I you don't know them or just forget and go full speed you either get lipped or lose a lot oh HP or even get destroyed when you "find" them.

Rolling in WoT is still hands-down one of the most embarrassing gaming phenomena, I did it the other day in a heavy so don't sweat it. What's worse is when your team-mates then proceed to ignore your request for help, and you're forced to spend the rest of the battle watching tumbleweeds blowing past and listening to distant church bells.

I did flip my TOG some time ago, bit funny but also gave the chance to inspect how TOG looks from bottomside.

Well, I flipped my KV-4 once. North spawn on Abbey, went west and, while looking at the cetral zone where some lights were fighting, I hit a sherman wreck with the left track and flipped. Notoriously, sherman were filled with neutron stars matter, to stop superheavy advances.

Germans are far worse my man, the RHM has a speed limit that scares you, if u dont watch your moves, it will flip in no time if u make a turn with 60km/h in a small undulation or rock.

I remember the last time I flipped my tank,

and it was way too many weeks ago.

So, yea you can drive without flipping, if you're careful enough.
